The main difference between quantities & packages is:- Quantities: the quantities that you had purchased. Packages: how many packages the quantities you purchased are packed into. For example, if you purchased 120 nos and the manufacturer packed 12 nos into 1 package, you will have 10 packages.

Hello! Thank you for your questions. I hope the answer below will be helpful. If the shipment is Ex Works, the seller is only responsible for providing the buyer with a commercial invoice and packing list. The buyer is responsible for all logistics arrangements starting from the seller's premises. Therefore, the Bill of Lading should be handled by the buyer. Additionally, both end terminal handling charges and other local charges will also be the responsibility of the buyer.

First of all, thanks for spending time on my videos. First of all, I'm not sure which kind of business you are seeking. If you are looking for an exporter or importer in your country, the most economical way to promote your business may be to cold-call. With a proper cold-call script, a follow-up plan and a CRM software, you may at least win more than a dozen of new clients in a year. If you are seeking for new business with overseas agent, cold email will be a economical way to do it. You look into some email marketing software plus draft a attention grabbing email may helps. Anyway, wish you all the best!

The ICC (International Chamber of Commerce) should offer official 📑forms📑 for the Incoterms. Incoterms is a trademark of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). ICC owns the copyright to the Incoterms rules. Only the original text versions of the Incoterms 2020 rules published by the ICC are binding. If suppliers choose to use these voluntary clauses, they should attach written or electronic documents from the ICC to the contract and record them in the contract. - communicate in writing, fairly and transparently via official forms 📑 of the ICC and at the same time increase brand awareness. This is not an excessive demand. It would be appropriate and fair to implement this in order to avoid misunderstandings in this context. The ICC has created a construct of confusion and has so far failed to provide official forms with the text versions of the Incoterms. Misuse of these clauses leads to fraud, corruption worldwide and triggers irreversible processes that the importer can no longer reverse.
