The bentgrass seed is so tiny I felt like even my hand spreader set on 1 was still too much. Seemed like it was just pouring out. I ended up making a "seed shaker" out of a peanut butter jar that I drilled holes in lol

I would advise to get a small oscillating fan or maybe 2 and put one on both sides for airflow to keep it alive in the summer. I had 2 fans on my 1000 sqft green and it looked great all summer

Ya I’d have to have a couple going 24/7 since the humidity in southern Tennessee is crazy. We have a course in our area that has bent and between the lack of rain and humidity they’re constantly losing their greens. It’s a fools errand haha

@@jakefromupstatefarm it's very similar Buffalo grass is better because it doesn't seed and it doesn't have underground rubber so it's much easier to manage. It's also a low growth, no mow, so you can let it billow, it cut it like normal grass.
