You only needed to use 1% of fuel. Turn off your dampeners. Z on windows game. I think yours might be Xbox so not sure what your button is. This means that you can “free fall” in gravity or maintain momentum in space.

You should've dropped really close to the surface and landed on the terrain.

Lol, it was wery stupid way to land. You can easily spend much more less fuel if torn off dampenders. Yeah, with out automatic correction but you probably will land with 10% fuel left. OF COURSE, WHO EVEN USE PARACHUTES???

I expected a lot more damage but I wasn't disappointed lol

Just a tip for next time, I suggest free-falling until the last possible second, then doing a full burn to slow descent.

If you tap tap and let gravity do its thing you probably could have avoided some damage there

I was building this and a ichtyornis came and ate my canteen ._.

You know you can turn off the thrusters and let gravity take you and turn them on to land 😂

This is why you put parachutes on everything

You don't consume fuel when you press the z key, press z while returning to earth and accelerate the engines to return to earth and let go, when you reach the earth's gravity, press z to deactivate the thrusters so you consume less fuel

Parachutes are in the game for a reason

I personally alway keep a parachute in reserve in case I end up in this scenario.
