Nice, but overkill for a excavator to be operating. I'd rather see it installed on either a backhoe or a skid-steer to be most cost-effective and mobile.

It looks like an effective screener, but it seems like it could be difficult to scoop a full load because the screen is flush with the front of the bucket.

Looks like it performed well with the grass in the mix, just took a bit more time. Its like he had to start and stop the roll to get things to fall correctly.

Any ideas on how best to do this with the skid steer model? Maybe some sort of water tank with a 2" trash pump shooting water into the screen overhead to filter through the screen and recycle the water?

Separating material on-site allows for the repurposing of native materials. Smaller rocks can be used as gravel or road base, larger ones as gabion rocks. The soil can be used or sold as valuable topsoil or fill. Separating materials also save on tip fees. This is just the start of a multitude of uses.

i have a new kubota r640 loader 6 ton machine the bucket that comes with it is 74 inches wide im not 100% that the flip screen 65 is a match ?

How will wet waste work with this machine? We want to separate the plastic forks, spoons and straws from MSW derived compost.

We have a brush kit, which clears the mesh on every rotation from material clogging or sticking. The Flipscreen is also able to be used underwater, so wet conditions do not stop it from operating.
