As I said in the pinned comment, the SAT merit may vary in 2025 Admissions but it is not officially decided by the decision makers yet.

@@senzoff11 Please look at 1 bit comparator again. I have never taken OR Gate with XNOR in case of 1 bit comparator. In case of 2 bit comparator, A = B will be 1 only if and only if A1 = B1 and A0 = B0, so you need two XNOR Gates along with 1 AND Gate. Hope it will help
