The press looks good, but the scratter was leaving very large lumps, will be hard to extract juice efficiently without scratting the apples more thoroughly

Why do you have a cloth on top of your hot stove device that says CAUTION HOT SURFACES? Keeping flammable things off and away from heat sources is pretty basic.

This looks great but I’d want one that could hold 20 to 40 apples at a time

I made the mistake of grabbing some onion power and put in the last batch I made so i added some dehydrated ginger as well as some ginger powder to see if that would straighten out the flavor.. It pretty good.. Substitute Monk Fruit sweetener to make it more keto!

I could not hear you over the background "noise". Shame, first decent video to address "cracked rye".. I just purchased a mill and whole berries but am not entirely sure HOW to grind them up... Maybe you could eliminate the "noise"(music) from this video. My hearing aids went nuts. Thank you

Just received it, the grinder is heavy! Seems legit, although my wood basket was off center and had to force round plate.

I tried making this twice, however even after adding the cornstarch it was still runny. Anyone have ideas what I should do differently?
@nitelite782 жыл бұрын
Just use more corn starch.
@iluminameluna Жыл бұрын
And don't cook it for longer than that minute when you see it thicken. Corn starch isn't a stable thickener. If you over cook it, it will become runny. If you go back, after cooling, to reheat the sauce, it will become runny again. If you store the sauce too long, it will become runny again. You get the idea. As soon as it boils, turn off the heat, but leave it on the burner, and just keep stirring. It'll continue to thicken with the residual heat of the elements and the pot in which it's cooking. It's a great sauce recipe, just have some patience.

This don’t seem to be a hard too dense bread. It actually bends. Most recipes for rye bread call for a few cups of bread four or whole wheat flour along with the rye. BREAD. My weakness. I have a new grinder mill, a vibrating sifter, a scale and my hard white berries. Getting ready to order the rye berries.

I have bought this item to have fresh flour for my breakfast - first you have to know that the manual for use is only in english or German - I tried many time to grind linseed, sesame seeds and chiaseed without any success i am very disapointed as it is very expensive ....
@julianocka3 жыл бұрын
linseed,sesame seed and chia seed are too oily, they are not to be ground in this grainmill. If you want to grind them, use poppy seed mill, it is quite convenient and quick. You can see it here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/oJOwapaHn5ajm9E . If you try to grind oily seeds in KoMo mill, you will clog the mill stone. This grain mill is for grinding dry seeds only. I would use rice to clean the mill stone.
