My new outlander had 2000kms on it and can am wouldn’t even warranty the ball joints on a new machine !!! I had the 3 year warranty and it seemed like nothing was warranted and l was always told that the parts are a wearable item and not warranted

That’s awesome that they warranted your motor and installed a brand new motor !! I would not be happy with no Bluetooth !! I bought my quad for Bluetooth and the colours !! Polaris has a great warranty , when I had my can am I found that nothing was under warranty !!

Remove the thermostat, when they get old, the thermostat deforms, because it closes into the flow. So if you doing 6.000 rpm, the waterflow push it closed and keeps it closed untill you overheat the engine. I did it with mine and on a 'highway' you will have enough airflow over radiator without the fan on.

Can't say I like the wide set up but the wheel spacers here could change a lot , could be one or more of them are out of true alignment plus the extended width has to affect the suspension due to the shock's lower position in relation to the wheels. (changes leverage) Did you every try the tires without the spacers???

That’s crazy with all the part numbers !! They probably do that so they can charge you more money for them !! My 2017 came with the small battery and I upgraded to the bigger one ! I just had to buy a new hold down bracket for it

I would actually suggest removing the sway bar links. The 2" lift kit helped them first but had to grind a bit off from the sway bars.

My bike has over 29k km. I have changed out the bushing twice and wheel bearings 3 times in the rear and 2 times in the front. Right now, the front bearings need to be changed. Average is around 10k for each.
