This really pisses me off. The people who claim that the United States is a great country are either delusional, arrogant of the facts or simply despicable people themselves. If this country was such a wonderful place, every single person that is a descendent of Native American Indians would get at least a couple million dollars. The US government should also pay for every person’s health care benefits. The kind that the politicians get. Where everything is 100% covered. The US did apologize and put a bunch of money in an account but wouldn’t allow these people access to it. The US said Native Americans were too stupid to manage their own money. Then over the years the US government stole from that account. The United States destroyed these people. The United States destroyed the Americans of Japanese descent during World War II, by putting them in concentration camps. The United States destroyed the Marshall, Islanders. when they tested atomic bombs, destroying their islands and leaving them to die. The United States destroyed Black people and many many others. I don’t have the time to list all of the horrible evil medical experiments the United States has committed against Black people, American citizens, even its own military personnel, etc. Bad people do bad things, but once the government finds out, they do nothing to make things right. it is absolutely disgrace that the US government hasn’t compensated all these different people by giving each one of them millions of dollars.

How about correcting feminism and the demonization vilification of men? How about redirecting children away from thinking all men are dangerous and predators? How about redirecting them to know that men love children and most men were cheated out of being able to even go near children much less the ability to have children in their lives? I am very interested in those topics.

I have some very interesting takes on this video that somehow popped up on my KZbin feed. To begin with, rarely does a recovering opiate addict have the funds for private counsel (I don't think you are granted the priviledge of free, court appointed counsel in Family Court. I encourage anyone in a custody case like that seen above to simply Google free, pro-bono legal aide in their state, as there are many reduced cost and/or pro-bono assistance out there.) Additionally, most insurers do not cover Methadone, so she's likely paying out-of-pocket for that. The fact she has been prohibited from seeing her child unsupervised due to a drug screen positive for the very treatment ordered by the court kind of shows you what's wrong with Family Court in America. Now, there are other, far more effective modalities to address opiate addiction (namely Suboxone, Subutex and Naltrexone) and I would recommend that if the mother is doing so well with Methadone treatment, the court (if possible, I'm not a lawyer) order she begin to titrate (slowly reduce her dose under medical supervision) her current dose, continue UA treatment, or that her lawyer ask the client (mother) to initiate this treatment herself at the Methadone clinic. UA's must be mandatory even after she regaiins her right to unsupervised visit, and her doctor should advise her of alternative, effective MAT treatments to assist her (Naltexone for cravings). Finally, I see no Child Advocate or hear one single word mentioned about what the child wants and what is in the "best interest" of the child or children. This is my biggest issue with custody hearings and Family Court - the children do not have a voice in this case, they typically don't have one in real practice (for reasons both good and bad - parents, DO NOT INVOLVE YOUR KIDS IN YOUR CUSTODY BATTLES. THEY SHOULD KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THE CASE) that being said, SOMEONE needs to ask the kids directly, what is going on, how are their SUPERVISED visits with Mommy, what do they want?" We don't just give kida total power in these hearings - they'll want to stay with a parent that might just buy them the most toys or let them do whatever they want. Not in their best interest, if both parents are functional.

Since me and ambrose were 1 they raped starved drugged and tortured us the state knew the government knew it was happening none of them protected any of the kids they contributed to the sex traffickers and narcotics dealers that molested me and ambrose and other kids they held hostage the same way they did to me and other foster kids that refused to participate in the abuse and pedophile sex trafficking networks after they got raided in California they brought me and other child hostages to Arizona where they continued to drug and rape us for multiple decades the orphanage started in the 1960's and they were child murderers and sex offenders that profited from abusing me and other kids while they sadistically and biasly tried to drug and brainwash us to becoming simular to them they used us as camouflage the same way they silenced victims that testified against the state and government that were raping and trafficking children

I never considered looking at the foster care system for resources, but it makes so much sense!! I grew up in a family that was dysfunctional, yet to the community we appeared to be functional and healthy; a white picket fence image. That image made it take longer for me to learn that my symptoms had a direct cause. It took me a long time to learn that i was taught to be ashamed of my experience, and that my shame was intentionally planted to keep me silent, to protect the perpetrator. I have never had a secure attachment, and i have a son. I repeated the typical story, so his father wound up being emotionally unavailable. He put on a pretty good show before the baby came home, but afterwards, he let the mask slip. Through this experience, i recognized that there is no situation in which i could get emotional support from my family. If I was being told to suck it up, that is all they are ever going to be capable of. I learned i was barking up the wrong tree. Im trying my best to heal my own beliefs and understandings of the world, and working to not repeat the past with my son. Really, it was the birth of my son that knocked me out of denial. I did not have enough self love to do it for myself. For him, i became willing to face the shame and fear and reality; the motivation was not there beforehand because i did not love myself enough to push through the pain. I didnt understand how a lack of self love perpetuated itself, i thought my self love would repair over time.

From my experience, us as temporary or long term guardians will struggle with the court system to receive any kind of financial assistance. Though you’re trying to help the family get through a hardship, you will carry the burden of the situation.

In N. California. the agency is NCO. I applied this Summer. My application online is still "pending". No communication has been received from the agency and they tell people to not call the office to check on application status. What is a person to do? The toll free number in the video doesn't respond (high call volume) and the number the bot gave me for a local agency is bogus. What a mess.
