Just tasted an amazing cup of Bettadamalali coffee from Blue Tokai brewed using a Moka pot. Full bodied coffee with a fruity acidic note prominent and leaves a lingering sweetness … Loved it!

We happened to visit this estate by chance. What we witnessed here was nothing short of extraordinary. The level of competency, knowledge and understanding the owners of this estate have in growing high-quality coffee is so rare to see. It is beautifully maintained with careful attention to detail - down to the intricate science of coffee growing. If ever you wish to understand the entire process of coffee growing, harvesting, processing, etc etc .. this is the place to go. Also helps that the place is beautiful too.
