welcome to the kpop world 🥲They have the most toxic fans in the universe. Overly and dangerously passionate. Enjoy kpop and block out the noise.

Don't let toxic fans stop you from discovering new artists! ♥️ It's better to ignore the toxic part of kpop community (or any community) because it gets SO exhausting. As a multi-stan when I see fandoms of groups that I enjoy fighting on who is the best at something and hating on others for having a different opinion I just scroll past. Or things like hating on an idol because of something dumb like having a life. I just try to ignore it because if I didn't, I know it would be bad for my mental health.

You have to ignore them and not let them affect you because at the end of the day, you're the one listening to good music. And more viewers are waiting for you to discover their faves you had no idea of existing and feeling very happy there is one more person who likes them.
@-Hexania-3 сағат бұрын
Its because they expect you to see what they see. In their eyes their faves shines so bright, they thought that person would also shine in your eyes. I think it's because when viewers watch your videos, it feels like you are talking to them and they forget you are talking to ALL your viewers and not them alone.

I can only speak for myself. As far as K-Pop goes I only listen to BTS and enjoy seeing people react to them especially for the first time. I will never tell you to only react to BTS any more than I would let a reactor tell me what I have to listen to. Understandably toxicity comes out when people tap into BTS ARMY for viewership at first never to listen to BTS again. Everybody is entitled to like and listen to what they want. Just make sure to afford others the same courtesy. I am not close minded I listen to many genres but I am loyal too within a genre. I liked your enthusiasm when it came to BTS but it's fine to listen to other KPop groups but on the same note you should understand that not everybody has hours to explore new groups or even want to for that matter. I follow those that react to artists I like. I unfollow those that no longer react to what l like. It's simple as that. I listen to reactors of Classic Rock, Frank Sinatra era, C&W, 80's music and KPOP.

Because of the catchy beats, excellent dance, MVs and trendy fashion, a lot of KPop fans are quite young and sometimes seem to have a hard time controlling their emotions. It's not everyone of course, but it's enough to drive KZbin reactors up the wall. Don't worry about it too much. Your channel will continue to grow as you dive into new songs and groups. On the other hand, BTS is not the biggest band in the world because of marketing, any more than Coldplay is the biggest because of marketing. it's the music dude. BTS has a catalog of great songs that will be hard for another Korean band to ever touch. I love Stray Kids, Exo, BigBang, BlackPink, Winner, Seventeen, and have listened to every album they have. But they have a fraction of the quality songs that BTS has. There's a reason why those guys are on another level.

Love your channel. 75yr old South African silver Army. Don't let there negative people get to you. True Armies look at the way BTS love and support each other and openly enjoy other groups music and try to embody that spirit. Of course you are entitled to a bias.....mine changes with every song, but i confess to a bias towards the Maknae line, and find myself totally intrigued with V, something in the eyes....

I understand. Atiny (Ateez fan) here. Don’t let it get to you… it is actually only a few bad apples. They just tend to be more in your face, but eventually those viewers will fall away and you’ll be mainly left with the sane fans. Do what you want to do and be genuine. Your audience will become better and better. 😊 Although I identify as Atiny (Seonghwa bias but adore them all), I listen to most groups. I started with BTS and Jin is my bias, but you’ll never really see me comment on BTS content because years ago, those few crazy fans made me wary of posting on their content after watching so much angst. Same with a few other fandoms. I became Atiny both because they are amazing and started as true underdogs (much like BTS) AND because the fandom was always chill af, as they’ve grown the last year or so, there are some new fans that are problematic, but very little. I love ALL good music. Kpop and otherwise. I am virtually a jukebox over here. If you hang in there, you’ll be able to cultivate your audience into the kind of people that you want to be a part of, oh… and Jimin is awesome, 🩶

Any social media is going to have toxic and good people, you kinda have to filter it out. People get in a state of delusion and like it’s their life. It’s the same with football people take it personal like they played the game. Keep your bias and stand ten toes down. People will hate no matter what me personally I like stray kids, but plz listen to what you like there are fans for each group that will be there to support. Ignore the rest

I don't really care if reactors like multiple groups. It grates on my nerves when they pretend to like some groups just for subs. And usually, you can tell. As a fan, i only like EXO as I don't like kpop. I like EXO because their songs are my style and the vocal tones they have, i don't find it in other groups. They are not only vocalists, they are also actors and musicians. I tried to listen to other groups but i just gave up. It just cements why I'm not into kpop.

The limiting mind is killing society, instead of researching and opening up, it was the same to me, I’m a BTS fan but the are are a lot of artist in other groups that are amazing for instance Jong-ho from ATEEZ is unbelievable singer, Taemin from Shinne and friends of Jimin is also an impressive dancer, Lisa from Black Pink also an incredible dancer, D.O from EXO has such of beautiful voice for ballads, RIP jonghyun from Shinee also an incredible interpreter. My point is everybody should appreciate talent even if it’s not there taste the problem with K-pop is that Marketing strategy is fan based and sometimes they even create online bashing to compete, so when BTS became super popular the bashing cuádruple. People should Know that all this is created is not real. My advise is do what you like but keep it real and positive don’t pay much attention to the negative comments, REAL ARMYS don’t care if you have a bias they celebrate it.

Welcome to the crazy 🤪 There are fans who literally only like one group. Then there are fans who like multiple groups. The fans who like only one group usually dislike the fans who like multiple groups. There are some reactors who only react to one group. There are many reactors who react to multiple groups and it's a safe bet to say they all get hate from the single stans. Some take it to heart and it affects their mental health. Don't let it get to you. If you appreciate good music, listen to as many different groups as you can and enjoy them all. I basically listen to EXO but I enjoy many other groups. Good luck

Jimin gets hate for no reason. They themselves don't even know why they hate him. Jimin is a star that shines and captures people's hearts, and they hate that. I love that you're talking about this, if Jimin is your bias voice it out more to shut these haters up, because they'll never stop. Most ARMYs are BTS fans, not kpop fans. Yeah the kpop community is too toxic.

5:45 i'm proud to hear that. I'm sure exo are proud of us too. In exols case i ve seen many time if an immature fan acts out we older ones will never hesitate to correct them, instead of spreading it more saying "yes let's drag this man, we are a family after all" my foot. That's what i always try to these toxic fans you represent your whole fandom, and older and mature fans should step in if one of your minions going to ruin your names. Just ignore them and continue what you've been doing those who cries when you reacted to another group are the ones who chose their fav grp in one go without giving a chance for the other and they are the most toxic ones

You're right. I listen to many groups and enjoy all music. I think it will be really sad if you can listen only one group cause there have many amazing songs in k-pop. I have been k-pop fan like for over 18-19 years already, there are many toxic people , toxic comment even toxic behavior. I just look over it ,let's it pass.Just ENJOY what ever you like, music should be your happiness that what I think. You should listen more group so you can understand and know that kind of music you're enjoy , which kind of that group do you prefer and then you can enjoy to be k-pop fan. Support your chanel. (( I might not watch all your reaction but it is not mean i',m not support you))

You are right. One of the problems of K-pop is precisely that of toxic fandom. The ones I find most annoying are those of BTS, who just because they follow the group that has become most famous (but there are many others who deserve to be equally famous), allow themselves to despise all the other groups, do not accept any constructive criticism on BTS and attack everyone who doesn't think like them. I know you like them a lot too, but that hasn't stopped you from appreciating other groups and soloists. If you really love music, it is more than natural that you want to learn about different types of music and groups/soloists. Those who follow only one group do so more to follow a trend, to feel part of a large community that feels successful. So continue your journey of exploring the multi-faceted and dazzling world of K-pop (and maybe even J-pop and C-pop) and have fun. I hope you will continue to be sincere and yourself in your reactions, without being influenced too much by negative comments, which unfortunately are never lacking on social media, just as there is never a shortage of mean and frustrated people.

Listen to whoever you want to listen to. Ignore the haters and toxic people. The groups themselves get along and respect each other. The fandoms, on the other hand, are ALL very protective and competitive. It doesn't matter which group or label. All fandoms react like this at some point. I think one of worst things a reactor can do when reacting to Kpop though, is to compare groups. This is your channel, and I wouldn't be so arrogant as to tell you how to run it, so please don't think that is what this is. That being said, when you start to compare groups, you stir up the competition between fandoms, and as you've witnessed, that can get messy. Believe me, this is nothing. Some of the toxic fans are fanatical and downright vicious. Just go into your reactions knowing this. If you shake the hornet nest, don't be surprised or upset if there is an attacking frenzy. I personally would never compare or even discuss another group during a reaction to another group's music. It's a different situation if you are discussing news, upcoming concerts, etc, but that is not what your reactions cover. I've been watching reactions for years, watched chaos ensue, and generally never commented until the last year. Lol. It has taken me literally years to even want to comment because of all the things mentioned. Just react to what you want. Don't put fandoms in situations where they feel the need to defend, comparisons will always do that. Kpop is its own culture, as you are learning. Block or remove anyone who is just too toxic. As for the Jimin issues, you will not see OT7 ARMY doing that. These are either solo stans (there can be quite a bit of infighting between the different members' solo stans or they are haters trying to cause problems. I ignore them all completely. They are toxic and unhinged. None of the members of any of the groups would support this behavior either. I don't know why they get like that. The members of the groups are each other's biggest fans. Ignore the toxic people. Sorry for the long comment, but I have seen more than one reactor experience this. Don't cross mix fandoms in one post unless you want an explosion. Good luck

You finally realized the dark side of kpop. A lot of the fans are unreasonably crazy. They have an unhealthy attachment to the singers and an almost god level worship of their favorite one/group and God forbid your opinion negates that. These ppl don't interact in the real world and have a warped sense of reality. I think the groups are really talented but the fandoms are a turn off to truthfully getting into kpop. So I just appreciate casually.

Nahhhh. Just ignore them. I’ve been a fan of kpop since 23 years ago. There are a lot of dramas around the fans. Just dont take it to heart. Just enjoy the music and the artists and the positiveness. Ignore the negatives vibes.

I'm so sorry to hear that you have experienced being bullied by praising Jimin. You're not the only one who gets hate for liking Jimin. He is the most hated member of BTS sad to say. They get jealous when Jimin gets praised. I'm not a KPop fan. I'm just into BTS and it's because of Jimin. He got me to stan BTS but I got bullied as well by some so called OT7 for having Jimin as my bias. You started reacting to BTS and have grown your subscribers but when you started to react to other groups, you got some ARMY and other KPop fans upset. This is normal bruh! KPop fans I should say not all are really toxic. To them, if you like one group, you should stick to one group otherwise, you will be labelled as a fake fan of a group. KPOP community is different from stanning any western artists. They want you to stick only to one group and die for them. That's also the reason why I left the ARMY fandom long time ago because I praised Jimin a lot. I love all the members but Jimin is my ultimate bias. I don't hate the other members but Jimin is the best for me and you will see later, how some OT7 would crawl and reply to my comment. ARMY is a great fandom but there are just some who are too narrow-minded that they won't allow you to explore other groups. I don't consider myself an ARMY. I'm just a Jimin stan and a BTS lover. This is your channel. React to whoever you like and ignore those people. True ARMY will still love your channel even when you keep praising JIMIN.

You do you, bro! You would not be the first Jimin bias to get heat. Funny thing is, it's usually not OT7 army that criticize reactors and fans for their biases. It's usually ppl who have their own bias it just isn't the same as yours. Crazy, right?! They can favor another member, but you can't? It makes no sense, but ppl are crazy. Yeah that's why I love BTS and EXO and some people are nice but I really don't like their fandoms, both of them are specially toxic. Being honest I don't even think you really compared them in a bad way, I literally heard people saying things like "Baekhyun is a copy of Jungkook" an it clearly sounds kind of bad. Don't pay attention to them bro! It's a great video, so necessary to make everything clear 👌

It's like they think there is a limit in talent and appreciation in the world. If you claim one group has talent and you really like their music, it means you think another group has less talent and inferior music. It's true a lot of these fans are very young, and if they join the community that is acting this way, they're going to imitate it and continue the attitude. I think all we can do is model better behavior and hope the younger fans mature as they grow up 🤷🏼♀️ It's unpleasant to be around and I'll leave a thread or comment section as soon as it gets toxic. It must be difficult when the comment section is your own video and hard to escape. Hang in there, you're not loco and you're not alone!
