How to replace the blower if the firebox cannot be taken out? 8 screws currently hold the blower assembly on from the outside of the box..which is built into the wall and trimmed in Travertine. 🤦

For this being an appliance that could potentially burn your house down why in the hell is it not a grounded cord? I'm repairing mine for the third time and wanting to know if grounding the heater and cord by using a grounded cord will help keep the cord from heating up and ultimately disfiguring to the point of not working and becoming a fire hazard instead of the little heater that looked so neat.

If both the motor and lights don't work...does it mean the whole circuit is burnt? But the heater itself works fine.

Dimplex fireplaces suck. They're made with very poor quality components. In my 10-yr-old condo, many units have failed in one way or another.

you should mention the reflective glass orientation. Front vs back.

Hello, When I plug it only red lights come on (usually it's green, orange and red) and it beeps. The led light board comes on but too dim. I don't see the motor rotate. What could the problem be, please? Thank you.

Hi I have a 30 inch Dimplex fireplace everything worked fine then all of a sudden I started having trouble getting it to turn on. If I unplugged it and plugged it back in it would come on . but after awhile it stopped coming on at all?? Any ideas?? Thanks for any help you might be!!

I’m having the same issue but now, I turned it off last night and now it won’t come on at all..

Same, it turned on and shortly after there was a harsh smell of plastic. I quickly turned it off...waited a bit and now it won't turn on.
