The newest section of Sun City HH is no longer called Argent East, but Sun City West. The swim up bar is no longer part of the pool design, and the $40M Amenities Center will not open until late 2025/early 2026. Also, the golf bridge to SSHH North is just getting started with no solid completion date. Front security gate (Greeter's Cottage) is taking forever to be opened and staffed.

What happens if you currently have your house on the market and it sells after august, but you are also a buyer waiting for your house to sell so you can buy something else. Will this change anything for those whose home is already on the market?

Last time I was in Harbor Town, i went to the parking lot and filmed all the cars in the parking lot. Because almost all of them were from Ohio. 😂😂

We live here in phase 3 and love some of living here but something’s are not so great! This person talks about the wetlands but just a month ago some of the wetlands areas are now being built on because the SC changed the laws on where to build. Also the community will now have 5,000 to 7,000 homes ! The amenities are now too small for this growing community and on NYE they told people that registered for the event that they could not come in because they were at capacity! Our piece of paradise is starting to not be so.

Each community may or may not have an age restriction! There are plenty of communities without age restrictions that are great for new families! 😄

Thirty minutes to the beach? LOL. Maybe on a Tuesday at 4am. Getting to the beach on a weekday at about 11am from LMHH took over an hour because of traffic.

We have not seen an increase in premiums. I know some of the major carriers are no longer writing policies for coastal areas but that has been an on and off thing all along. We use an insurance broker and have always had great rates with no issues.we are not seeing the issues here like they are seeing further down the coast in Florida

Would like to correct a couple of items from your video. You mentioned that SCHH was started in early 2000. I live in one of the original neighborhoods and my house was built in 1996, so a bit older than you indicated. Also you mentioned no villas or cottages in SCHH. There are several villa/cottage areas on site with resales possible, and in new Argent East area, they will have duets available. Just saw video with walk-through of the 2 duet models available. Each duet unit will consist of 1 of each model.

Honestly, at this point, I believe if you are ready to go, they can get a homesite assigned rather quickly. They do have more single-family home lots available in phase 8 than Villa lots. If you are not already on the list and wish to have more information please reach out to us.

Unfortunately, they are not building the Trinidad Bay anymore at this time. From what I understand they may re-introduce the island collection in a very small number in the future but as of now they are no longer building island homes.
