You wound the wire around the posts in the wrong direction. Tightening the nuts causes the wire to unwind.

This is a worst way to make a battery pack, you didn't check the voltages of each cells you didn't know any battery's actual capacity, You're just taking 30 piece 18650 cells and making 3s10p are you dumb or what? Not saying this won't work. But. I'm looking for a 12v hot water heater for showers in my RV. May handle hand washing, but doubt it will handle my needs for a shower. I'll try it anyway...but keeping my hopes low. My expectations...to get sosomething I REALLY am looking for, power is going to exceed my capacity. But. If it works for sink needs, I'm a step ahead...wish they showed the diagram. Would make it alot easier to try out. What I'm looking for requires more power than I can come up with....even covering the entire roof of my RVwith solor panels. Wish battery/ capacitor technology would catch up to my needs
