No. I would recheck the wiring and make sure everything is seated in properly

I just installed my unit the only problem is my back camera won't work. You said it needs to be connected to OBD port so the backup camera will work. Is it safe to plug the wire harness into OBD port?

How far back do you have to pry that metal tab? Hard to tell from the video. I have mine at almost 45 degrees from it's starting position, but the module still feels stuck to the metal bracket.

Okay I feel like a dumbass. Yes, you just need to wiggle the module, while pulling up. It didn't feel like it was moving at all, and then suddenly it came off.

Hi Bro! I have the same radio. In the Zlink/Tlink app that comes default on the multimedia system, the audio on CarPlay Bluetooth keeps freezing. I've already updated the app itself through the functionality in the multimedia system, but the freezing issue persists. Could you please send me the link for the correct and most recent version of the Zlink/Tlink app that fixes this music freezing problem?

What model do you have ? How much ram? Use the cable and see if it works better. I would also just search tlink apk on google of not reach out to the seller

hey thank you for the response i have a 2006 is 350 base nav my a/c or sound wouldn’t work with the cables they sent me and everything didn’t plug in lots of male cables, you’re wires looked different than mine ,mine said 2006-2013 on it.

It’s mainly just sound but I will say the throttle response is better. I think Lexus says you gain about 5hp

Hi, great video! Im having trouble connecting my OEM camera to the radio. Everytime I put into reverse, i just get a black screen. My OBD connection is established and the NTSC toggle is on. I contacted the seller and they said to use their own yellow camera.... Did you end up using their supplied camera?

It did no more ticking noise from the abs pump but. I’m still getting the low battery light with and pump code soo I’m going to have to replace my abs pump.

You have to connect it to Bluetooth first then you click on the app and it should load wireless Apple CarPlay

The issue with mines was the reverse camera not coming on. I would mess with the temp setting on the unit. Also you might have to have the air running before adjusting 🤷♂️

When i got mine back in 2022, my drivers side temp down button didnt work. I lived with it for a year and ended up reinstalling my factory radio. After i removed the radio, i looked on the back and i noticed that one of the resistors had a broken soldering joint. The resistor is so tiny that when i went to reposition it to resolder it, the resistor went flying and i never found it. I bought a small roll of 420 resistors for like $6 on Amazon that were rated the same as the factory resistor. They were physically larger but they still fit. It fixed my temperature down button so i reinstalled the Android head unit again.

I mean if carb is not an issue for you. I would go with full ppe headers, nvdia exhaust or HKS , rr racing intake and rr racing tune. Some people have been boring out throttle bodies as well. For handling some sway bars f sport or sikky

Hey man, i did the install, i am facing a couple issues. 1 - the rear right speaker, it feels like just the tweeter is working, rest all are doors good, idk if it was busted before or not.. could it be a wire issue?? 2 - not sure if the rear defogger is working or not, the rear view mirrors are hot but the rear window isnt hot as such..is the wire for both of them same? 3 - bit of static around 35+ from the volume know, I think thats normal, but thinking of adding a high low convertor maybe ?? Not sure if it would help 4 - couldn’t get the reverse cam to work, i have it plugged in to the video out cable on the screen, i tried with all yellow cables, it worked on the fcam In the tv app but not on reverse, as u said i changed it to ntsc as well, im thinking of changing the camera now, the seller has sent it along the screen

If you use an aftermarket reverse camera, you need to tap the brown wire on the black connector on the back of this radio. Its the 3rd wire on the top row of the black connector. Dont cut the brown wire, just tap it and connect that wire to the aftermarket reverse camera. The brown wire tells the radio that your aftermarket reverse camera is receiving voltage from the reverse lights.
