Vincent is alive at the restaurant, he doesn't die until Butch finds him coming out of his bathroom in Butch's apartment, where after, Butch takes Zed's chopper to pick up Fabienne. Unless you are referring to Zed possibly being the one riding the chopper in that scene, but that would be a stretch.

Did you also notice how all the men die immediately but the women are all able to put up a fight. No matter the strength of the character the only thing that matters is Gender. Think about the movie the men have 0 affect, its the women who actually achieve everything. Hope Disney go bankrupt.
