Is this On Top of the world or Stone Creek? Why is it that realtors in youtube never mention the subdivision or community.?
@findingmydreamland4 ай бұрын
Neither one of those two subdivisions. Because Ocala is a paradise for retirees, there are many 55+ age-restricted subdivisions here. Watch here why Ocala is ideal for retirees: kzbin.info/www/bejne/nGTFmXh3dt2Ertk Now, why do realtors usually not disclose the names of subdivisions or addresses in our videos? Among other reasons, because we help buyers find the properties that best fit their needs based on actual conversations and individual situations.

I have been living here for over 6 yrs and I am not impresssed, to say it's beautiful and the best place in the state or country, really, that statement is unbelievable. This city is like all large cities, full of crime, noise, traffic and bad people. If you live near sw 200 you can enjoy hearing cars racing and ambulance sirens 7 days a week. I almost forgot the obnoxoiusly loud mufflers that everyone seems to love. You can also enjoy beggers sitting on sw200 asking for money and leaving all there trash behind, no police anywhere so drivers do whatever they want. If you want to run red lights, speed, race, drive unsafe vehicles, tailgate no problem go ahead because no police around to stop you. I did live in Citrus county for over 10yrs and it was much nicer and peaceful. If you drive to the other side of the city you see old run down businesses and more .

Hello Hamza! It's great you are getting a job here. There are many employment opportunities in this area in both the private and public sectors. The housing market in Ocala is "Hot", as in most areas of Florida. However, the cost of both rentals and houses for sale is lower in Ocala than in most areas of Florida. Angel! Ocala is truly the "Horse Capital of the World", but it is not only for horse lovers. It is a fovorite destination for retirees and for families, although they do not own horses. Actually, about 12,000 new houses will be built within the next 3 years in various projects throughout the city. Most of them are for families and some are subdivisions for active retirees (55 plus). This is a very unique place in Florida and the US. Actually, the most common feeling when one comes here is wanting to stay!!!

Great question! As being a citizen of this magnificent country, I am very proud to promote Ocala area ("Mi Dreamland") to people in the United States and the entire world to give them the opportunity to come here to reside and/or invest in this unique place, part of this free land. Many Americans move to other countries every year, maybe because, unfortunately, now one has shown them this area; but I love doing it.

Ocala is a unique city of a nice blend of the old and new. The downtown / historical district is interesting with a old town square. There appears to be new condo developments spouting up new downtown to help generate residential living there. Marion Oaks is an unincorporated area south of the city limits with new but modest single home constitution. Really good customer services here in the area. Currently new gated home communities being built. Crime is always an issue in any growing city. I came from Miami and I love the space and bike riding trails / roadways here. Suggest you visit the area first for a week as it is not for everyone. If you are retired and need social clubs, the Villages 30 minutes from Marion Oaks is a good option if you don't mind the price. There is no Costco warehouse here if you are a member, closes one is north of Tampa off of I-75.

Well said, Joseph! I moved from Colombia to Ocala 18 years ago! And never have found any place in the US that is more convenient. I used to give clinics about horses in many different states and have traveled for pleasure to others. To me, "Florida is the best, the rest is North". And Ocala is my favorite place that I call "My Dreamland".
