Great job boys. Your attention to detail was commendable. "There's two kinds of people in the world my friend, those with loaded guns and those who dig. You dig!" --Blondie to Tuco Benedicto Pacifico Juan Maria Ramirez (a.k.a. the rat)

My father passed away a year ago. We watched this movie every time it was on tv. Through vhs tapes and dvds, I've watched it hundreds of times. I cried when you cried. I'm a fifty year old little boy missing my dad. You guys stepped into a moment in history when you filmed there. That valley became something special when they filmed there, and remained something special every time we watch the movie, again and again. To people of a certain age, cowboys are your childhood. I can't remember not watching cowboy shows in the past, and can't imagine not watching them in the future. Thanks for taking us with you down the trail through time and space.

I liked the Angel Eyes/Lee Van Cleef right hand chopped middle finger! Ha ha! Trivia: In real life, Lee Van Cleef accidently chopped off the end of his right middle finger, while building a playhouse for his daughter. -Being a nice Dad!

VERY nicely done. It is interesting to see what the difference between the really wide lens used to shoot the film and your not-as-wide lens does for the feel of the movie. I know a lot of work went into this, and now it is because of your video that I know Lee Van Cleef was missing the tip of his middle finger on his right hand. I never noticed that before. Very well done guys.

This is absolutely fantastic and quite sad at the same time when you look at the 'circle' and what it used to be and how it is now. Nature takes no prisoners I suppose. Nevertheless, what an effort by these guys to recreate this scene. Well done to all involved.

Google for Sad Hill Unearthed. It was a documentary showing how they restored few years ago. I'm proud to say that I visited in 2018 and now it is a magic place. Looks like you're in the movie.

"Not far from the small town of Santo Domingo de Silos, Sad Hill Cemetery has risen from the ground thanks to the dedication and passion of a handful of fans of the movie The Good, the Bad and the Ugly. Sad Hill is accessible by a small road used by many hikers. Located in a small valley, surrounded by rock formations evoking the landscapes of the American West...."
