for me its like, okay- you are doing right, not cutting corners, not cheating scamming, lying, and things are SOOO FREAKIN HARD, things that you are trying to accomplish are hard, but people who are doing bad things, it comes so easy for them. I know in my heart its the devil tempting me and I also know their high is not long lasting.. its frustrating.

Let’s not envy or covet what we THINK our neighbor has. Exodus 20:17 "You shall not covet your neighbor's house; you shall not covet your neighbor's wife, or his male servant, or his female servant, or his ox, or his donkey, or anything that is your neighbor's." The flesh is weak and it’s easy to look over at what someone else has or is doing and you question why or how. Especially if you know the person isn’t going about it the right way. However, that’s not our job. The Lord will handle that. After all we don’t truly know what’s going on inside. Do not give up. Keep your eyes on God and pray for him to give you wisdom. Also pray for him to be with you in those moments of frustration.

I am finally starting to feel god with me and showing me signs, I have started seeing butterflies I was walking and found one on the road with an injured wing saved it and took it home and put it in the grass and came back and it was gone and have seen them so much lately. Bible says butterflies are a sign of rebirth and transformation and I am currently trying to change me carrier. Thank you for using yourself as a vessel for gods word.

@@RoseDubuc take your time. Your kit will continue to evolve as you find your signature look and niche. It took me years and my kit has changed since this video. I’ll be doing an update soon. Also, highly recommend depotting what you can. It’s a pain but so helpful 🫶🏾

“I’m going to make you look like this, than I’m going to throw you in there, and then you’re going to do that.” I have been praying about why the Holy Spirit told me to do wellness. I am not “naturally setup” for wellness. Figure or bikini. He woke me up at 2am (after weeks of prayer about competing again) and specifically said “wellness, NPC” This helps a little, I’m still looking for more😂😂 but this statement was so encouraging and helpful to my faith. I’m 6 months into my building season and my coach and I believe I can be ready in 2025. Jesus will get the glory because I CANNOT compete successfully, let alone in wellness, without Him.

There are so many lessons to be learned during the journey to the stage. It’s not even about the stage day. It’s the character building for me. How you start a prep is how you come out. Every time I’ve come out of one I’ve always come out stronger. And I’m with you. Ain’t no way I’m prepping without the Lord 👏🏾
