Hey Dave! Im writing a project on the psychology of death, and would like to use one of your videos as a source. I don’t doubt for a second that you’re an actual professor, but for my project i need some sort of proof of that. Sorry for commenting here, your psychology videos have comments turned off, and i couldn’t find another way to reach you. ☺️

Just because you weren't able to solve it, doesn't mean it's a stupid puzzle. I noticed you replicated your cells instead of jumping around like Stauf did. So you were always behind because you didn't utilize the power of a jump move. And you made many logical mistakes that could have been avoided in your first attempt. Back in the day when I played this game, it took me a lot of attempts but I was able to solve it by carefully examining Stauf's moves and also counting the amount of cells before and after a move to determine the next best move.
@daemon372 жыл бұрын
Never really thought about jumping like that. 🤔 I love this puzzle, but it's just too difficult compared to everything else in the game. Maybe I just don't have the patience for this kind of stuff nowadays. 😕 I also solved it back in the day... but I have no idea how.

@@daemon37 This puzzle was notorious when the game came out for the difficulty being tied to the speed of the processor. I'm sure someone knows for sure by now, but I'd guess it's just running minimax over the game for some predefined length of time. The faster the processor, the more calculation, the more optimally it will play. Thanks for posting this gameplay!

@@kashnomo So when you are doing the new remaster on PS5 non VR version its going to be more difficult isn't it and its RNG as well.
@kashnomo5 ай бұрын
@@jane1975 Not necessarily. The solution, way back when, was to run a program that would make the CPU behave like a slower one. This was necessary for a lot of older games as CPUs got faster because many games were written assuming a specific clock speed. Certainly, they could use a similar approach on any modern version.

Hi, Dave! I hope you are doing absolutely great recently! :D I truly wanted to share this with you on those specific videos, but unfortunately the comments are not available, so I'll make it through here, hoping you can know: I am absolutely fascinated by the Psychology videos you have on your channel. Currently due to the COVID situation here on my country (Mexico), I haven't been able to get into University to study Psychology as I would like to. However, months ago, I've been watching your videos as a study purpose on the meantime, and it's been an awesome journey so far! I just wanted to let you know that even though those had been uploaded a couple of years ago already, they are still serving their purpose of teaching others interested on the matter, and I would like to thank you immensely by taking the time, and noticing your enthusiasm on it as well, I am sure that a lot of people on my situation appreciates these videos as well. For you to know that you have a fellow follower and student that it's following your steps so far, thank you so so much for all the knowledge and passion shared! <3

so now that the game has been out for 2 years id like to know how good it is and how it stacks up to dbd, so is the game any good? I've been interested but didn't buy because I thought it would die a premature death
@daemon374 жыл бұрын
It's a genuinely fun and unique game but not as well-balanced as DBD. It's currently on sale for a little over 5 bucks if you want to check it out. The only problem is the lack of players. But there is a Discord for people to meet-up for game sessions.

Your psychology lessons can you make a introduction audiobook, a intermediate audiobook and a final book? Like cover definitions, theorist, examples, and how to use it? Looked at iTunes and no such educational audiobook exists
@daemon374 жыл бұрын
Not sure exactly what you mean, but you can download any KZbin video as an audio file (Google search for "KZbin to MP3"). Feel free to download my videos if you'd like.

@@daemon37 I’ve searched and keep vid is no longer an option and I’d like it made professionally please. No issues with buying it on iTunes I’d like it added. No one has made a introduction to psych on iTunes that fits what I’d consider educational, history, the different theorist, how it’s implemented, etc like so you can click your audio book tap ch 1 and listen to the history, ch 2 the theories etc etc. we’re in lock down I’d thought why not pick up where I left off on my minors in psych, difficult because they’re no complete educational audio books on iTunes

I’d say the killers and survivors DEFINITELY look better than Dead By Daylights killers and survivors (except spirit in my opinion bc i love the spirit shes the best looking as well as oni) but if i had to choose between phantom and spirit from either games oof thats a tough one when it comes to the face design phanton wins as well as the hair bc spirits hair looks like they just didnt put much effort Nea with mixed match custom outfits is the best looking survivor i like games that have good character designs as well as good story line and gamplay system

The "noise" u hear is one of the Actor's ability called "Endless Echo", the cardholder that the Actor teleport will get an effect, from the time the actor teleport, in 120 seconds, any gambler nearby the cardholder will hear that "noise", furthermore, the Actor is invisible to the gambler who's within the effect. There can be 3 cardholders have this effect simultaneously. As a gambler, if there's no cardholder nearby, and u hear that "noise", that means the Actor is very close to u.
