Powerful statement: A lot of times when we’re playing at our trauma over and over again we’re looking for what we didn’t get that we really needed when it happened and the people that remind us of the people that didn’t give it to us when it happened

My first time listening and within the first 10 mins. there's no need to insert F & S bombs to make a point. Rise above that bad habit ladies!!! Be Encouraged to do better & Be better!!! 💐

I don't understand how cussing takes away from the core message of what they're sharing. Personally, I am able to hear the essence of their guidance beyond a micro moment of someone saying shit or fuck. I'm not always going to agree with how someone presents a point but real respect comes from the ability to discern what someone is trying to say and feel into the intention behind their words. I think practicing this would save us from the disconnect that takes place in the world. Cancelling, discrediting and correcting people in this way does more harm than good.

I have a great wife and I am so thankful for her, but my biggest challenge during Covid was sloth. I really liked laying around all day watching TV. I've slowly starting to change that. I guess I need to take massive action. I'm sorry for all the people Covid affected mentally though. I don't want to sound insincere

What happens if we choose someone who reminds us of our parent but is not like them, but the triggers come up. My partner has similarities to my dad but he is very supportive and we try and heal together. Still it’s so painful. Am I in the right relationship. I am confused and not sure if I can trust myself with this person.

I cant even run to avoid the problem, especially the health anxiety. There is no running. Having no buffer in any bank account is not a good feeling either. When everything goes wrong, I do everything you did except the running. I cant move. I feel sick as Fu$&! Yup add feeling like death warmed over. Cant move. Im 56. I dont know if theres any hope for me.

This was just what I needed to hear - thank you, Natalie! I'm at a stage where I have an idea of WHO I want to serve and HOW I can serve these people with my skills, but I am ready and open to see exactly WHERE this is going to take me... now I just need to take ACTION! I'm going to take your advice and just take a step at a time, stay present, and have faith in the universe and see what happens! Thank you for your amazing insight, as always ✨
