You're sitting here talking directly to me as I am LITERALLY cleaning my home, ending/saying fuck it to many projects- trying to pull myself up. I'm on the south shore too I can't explain how connected I feel to this, I'm a broken healer, a work from home full time single mom... ugh. Just thank you. Gowels 😂😂

First, this is a fabulous and so valuable podcast. Thank you. BUT, you do know (no it seems you don;t) that there are millions of human beings on earth who have never had or given a high five. That doesn't matter, what matters is that it is meaningless to us.I would love to get the high five VALUE but I don't know how. Do I really have to try and invent something for myself.? OK, I thought of 2, one wa a standing ovation at a press dinner for getting 3 awards, another was a very moving complement from a client about a piece of writing work I did for him. But these are like episodes, not a quick bit of magic. I am writing rubbish as this is a 2 year old podcast and will never be read.,I cant think of BEING worthy as opposed to having DONE something worthy.

Love your podcast. Learn a lot about bossbabes. How to dect them and how to avoid them for relationship. Bossbabes are a pain in the a*s, like single mothers. I´m successful on my own. Like most men I don´t need a woman for competition. Please stay single. Work for yoursefl. Don´t let a man stop you. You go girl.

Powerful statement: A lot of times when we’re playing at our trauma over and over again we’re looking for what we didn’t get that we really needed when it happened and the people that remind us of the people that didn’t give it to us when it happened

I don't understand how cussing takes away from the core message of what they're sharing. Personally, I am able to hear the essence of their guidance beyond a micro moment of someone saying shit or fuck. I'm not always going to agree with how someone presents a point but real respect comes from the ability to discern what someone is trying to say and feel into the intention behind their words. I think practicing this would save us from the disconnect that takes place in the world. Cancelling, discrediting and correcting people in this way does more harm than good.

I have a great wife and I am so thankful for her, but my biggest challenge during Covid was sloth. I really liked laying around all day watching TV. I've slowly starting to change that. I guess I need to take massive action. I'm sorry for all the people Covid affected mentally though. I don't want to sound insincere
