Bro I accidentally smashed a whole bunch of buttons on my keyboard and then my screen starts to look weird and I couldn’t find a solution until I watched this video and I turned off HDR such a lifesaver🙏

Here's the fix: 1. Copy all of your desktop icons and/or folders to an empty folder anywhere in the File Explorer, just not on the desktop. (Trash Bin cannot be copied) 2. Delete all the icons that keep jumping to the second monitor. 3. Drag the copied icons and folders to the desktop where you want them to be. 4. For trash bin: right click on desktop - Personalization - Themes - Desktop Icon Settings - uncheck Trash Bin - click Apply - check Trash bin - click Apply. The new trash bin will be on your Primary monitor. You are welcome.

It's just bad coding on Microsoft's part. If something is 100% done then at most 5 seconds would be acceptible before it proceeds into Windows. The programmers should change this to truly show the real percentage. Best advice is to leave the computer alone for as long as it takes. If you are not using an SSD then it's time to upgrade.
