I've got the same problem yesterday after moving the server to another rack. I did not open the server or something similar. After I plug the cables, I have got the same problem. Health light kept blinking red, I tried with several power cables, several power supplies, and other power source. Still nothing.In the same rack I have dell servers, which were working properly after moving them. If anyone has idea what is the problem please reply to this comment. Thanks in advance.

you did try to swap the PSU out? as it lights up on the System Insight Board
