the main issue im having is trying to add new chapters after. i read up to a certain point and then newer chapters get dropped how do I add or do I have to delete everything and redownload the whole manga again?

When you download the manga, each chapter comes in a seperate folder. Just take half of those folders and zip them in one file and then take the other half and zip them in a differnt file. Taadaaa you have split the manga

Is the exact same process, just in the Comic Converter select your Kindle device, the output will be a mobi file, that file just send it to your kindle.
