Very good. As an old git . I watched the original mad max 1 In 1980 at the odeon. Full race z1000 kwaks with drag bars fitted.. Done it on every bike since... Check out jim goose MFP.... fancy a goose paint job on a hyabusa. Top yoke conversion To fit drag bars... Thanks for vid.

I bought an MRA touring screen and shaved an inch off either side and sorted it now.

Hi . I'm 5.09 so you are slightly taller than me . I can travel at reasonable speeds with barely any wind buffering . It makes so much difference especially with the straighter bars

Thanks for showing us your conversation, I have now copied you and done the same But I am having problems with my brake master cylinder on the new bars as the original was at an angle, how did you overcome this please

Hi Rob . It was a bit tricky but just persevered moving the angle until I got it right

I think LSL and ABM are two brands that make kits for straight bars. I'd love to get a sportsbike and do it up with a kit like it. I ride a cruiser and moving up to a sporty bike I'll miss having a straight bar or pull back for that matter. SportbikeTrackGear youtube did a almost full install of an ABM kit on a gsxr1000 on their channel

Hi i dont know if you still have the bike , id really appreciate some help, ive always wanted a busa but i need an uprightish position as ive got a part fused throttle hand, im thinkin off getting a gen 2 hyabusa and wanted the same set up as yours, would you recommend the mods or should i go for an upright bike ? And have you done the pegs or are they ok im 5ft 10 cheers ! Great screen

Hi Dave I'm a bit biased as I love Busas. The modifications I made have worked a treat . I didnt modify the pegs but shaved some foam off the pillion seat . The screen I think was about £70 but it was bespoke . A must is to upgrade the brakes as they are not up to the job . The changes gave worked for me and I'm about your height Hope this helps Dave

@@daveallen3607 no problem. I cant remember exactly but I think about 120 as I'm told it was a bit tricky . Good luck with the new bike when you get it . Need anything else please ask

I have the same set-up from lsl germany.i had to change every single line and cable including clutch choke and throttle with custom made ones.throtle and choke cost me 70 euros here in greece and the quality is alot better than the stock.i you want to do the same on yours(its alot more safe and looks awesome).i would love to help you out.if you want to see photos of my busa give me your email.

But you have to send your throttle and chocke cables to them so they copy them.its 15cm longer for throtle and 20 for choke and 1,15 for clutch.let me know if you order from them So I Give You more specific measurements.
