@@Elpescador8723 I was living in Fairfax and traffic back then in the 80s was horrible back then now route three in Fredericksburg Orange County area is getting kind of crazy at different times as well. My parents still live in nova they deal with the traffic but they’re retired so they know when to go out and not to. If you’re ever thinking about buying a house down this way or selling yours in Fairfax, nova area reach back out.

There is a flex room when you first walk in but it doesn’t have a closet or a bathroom connected to it . The decker model has a main level living bedroom amd owners suite in main level . Is this the only feature that your looking for ? I live the Hemingway model it is laid out so nicely

Interesting fact and yes downtown Fredericksburg has morphed over the years for sure ! Now million plus new luxury condos and townhomes 🏡 yet it still has that charm and the new riverfront park that was recently built ! Thanks for watching !
