TW: eating disorders hey syd, thank you for making this video and making everyone more aware of these typa things. i’ve also struggled with an eating disorder in the past, anoerixa, and it took me a while to get thru that period of my life. i wasn’t able to do it by myself. i was in therapy and they would try to get me to eat but i didn’t want to. and i would faint a lot. it got to the point where it was so bad. anyways eventually i started to eat again. idk what actually happened my memory is a lil foggy but something in me realized that what i was doing was not good. fast forward a couple of years. i was finally getting back on track n gaining all the weight i lost and looking healthier. then i started to unintentionally not eat again. i just wasn’t hungry. all my hunger cues were gone. to this day i’m still struggling with this. i’m trying to eat more it is just hard when i lack appetite. i’m not really sure why this is but i guess i’ve been skipping meals so much. again just wasn’t feeling like i wanted to eat. i did recently start this new job and it has been kinda stressful navigating thru it. i skip meals most days. due to the fact i am not hungry/don’t have time to eat bc i’m working. but i’m glad u posted this video bc it really made me feel less alone. your so strong and beautiful i hope your doing better 💓
