فدخول الباء أو الواو على اسم النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم لإرادة الحلف به سواء في اللغة، وكلاهما ـ نعني كلا هاتين الصيغتين ـ محظور ممنوع في الشرع، فإن الحلف بغير الله سواء كان حرف القسم هو الباء أو الواو محرم لا يجوز، بل هو من الشرك الأصغر، كما قال صلى الله عليه وسلم: من حلف بغير الله، فقد كفر أو أشرك

you got a problem you don't deal with you actually did the opposite you made it a situation out of nothing the whole promise of secular ethics is that's self-proven ethics here's a thing it doesn't exist logically or material it's as metaphysical as angels and devil a human being that got one life with limited time to live can not be obliged not to do something he wants and he can do if a human want to kiwll innocents and he can and he doesn't fear the consequences or there's no consequences then the logical and reasonable choice is or are kiwlling raWping or stewaling there's no right or wrong enforcing somebody to do something for example is not wrong because there's no wrong in this material life Right and wrong are limited to the one up in the sky and yeah God in the sky delete the w :D

that is why religion exist, the idea of there is god watch you and if you behaved good and fought your argues ( any argues like killing or smoke weed or r@ping)you will get reward in your life or in your next life when you die, if you didnt and ki*led and r@ped and disobey god you will get tortured in next life forever with no rest when you die from torture you will be revived and get tortured again and the whole loop will continue with no stop or any single hope to stop, you really think that german leader that wanted to conquer the world and killed many innocent people will just sent to nothing? at least if you dont believe in god just make law that will save the innocents their own right ( i bet anyone can do)

@@Debouv the last line is kinda problematic They don't have to If you seek only the rewards in life then you shouldn't make these laws at least with other people, cuz obviously you're not gonna kill millons and plunder their lands alone , you need a whole nation of savages who claim their ethical superiority even while crushing your kid head To make it more clear You alone gonna plender less kill less be less powerful You with alot of the like of you you're gonna plender more kill more... Etc And funny you're bringing the German when all the Europeans are the same, actually the German are quite benign cuz most of their slaughters were against other Europeans and it was not alot compared to what the Brits and French did, the German even supported many national liberation movements(The enemy of my enemy is my friend "temporarily") For example the Brits killed over a 100 million indians in a 40 year from 1880 till 1920 So either you(for the sake of the argument it's you) see the German as horrible as other Europeans or you think that Europeans are a superior race and killing a 500 African, Indian or Muslim are not the same as killing 1 or 2 Europeans, if so then you have to provide an argument for it, Which probably will be Darwin's fairy tale
