thanks Mahi Tahi for that tasti tit-bit; We know that, “Consent to contract makes the law”, maxim applies, pretty much globally, unless one lives in a tyranny; because, without such things there could be no formal means to international commerce; and there is the convention that, “he who does not deny, admits”, so not saying “no”, is also a consent thing; We know that, “All war is a matter of deception”, Sun Tsu; and the most important deception is that of “identity”, where We must, “know who We are and who the enemy is,…then We will know victory”, ditto; Once this is resolved, We can move offensively against Our competition, with this improved intelligence and knowledge, “wear down their position into submission”, Fabian Doctrine, to Our inherent ‘suv’reign’ power; [Cf. New Zealand Birth Certificate, WARNING and Caution; Privacy Act 2020, principle 7, 13; Imperial Law Applications Act 1988, Schedule 1; Wills Act 1837, s.3, 2007, s.17; Diplomatic Privileges and Immunities Act 1968, Schedule 3]; after all, “there can be only one tiger per mountain”, gungfuchi

knows that Maori movements only paint a target on ‘your’ back, make ‘you’ a person of interest to them; and maybe give the riot squad some needed practice of applying excessive force and unwarranted actions, on a defenceless public; We must, “use the law, against the law”, Te Kooti and “make the enemy live up to their own book of rules”, Saul Alinski; The three Maori ‘lords’ of spirit (Ratana) sovereignty (Kingitanga) and commerce (Maori Council) need only to stop supplying confidence (consent) to the parliament and pirogue it indefinitely, until they tow the line; however, then We become Our own worst enemy and won’t unify, due to pride, ego and tribal centricity; [Cf. Crimes Act 1961, s.9; New Zealand Birth Certificate, WARNING and Caution; Treaty of Waitangi Act 1975; s.2; Privacy Act 2020, principle 7, 13; Imperial Law Applications Act 1988, Schedule 1];

thanks Mahi Tahi for that interesting share; We know that ‘identity’ is the core reality of all conduct and is a hot political ideology at present, whether it is economic, gender, or race based; This current kōrero can only ever produce a theoretical compromise, because of both intellectual dissonance and indoctrinated education, pride and ego of the protagonists; The only tried and tested method to overcome such deceptions is to, “Learn what and who We are and who, or what the enemy is,…and then We will know victory”, Sun Tsu; [Cf. Law of Nations, DeVattel 1837; Cestui Que Vie Trust 1666, 1707; Crimes Act 1961, s.9; Administration Act 1969, s.18; New Zealand Birth Certificate, WARNING and Caution; Privacy Act 2020, principle 7, 13; Imperial Law Applications Act 1988, Schedule 1; Wills Act 1837, s.3, 2007, s.17; Diplomatic Privileges and Immunities Act 1968, Schedule 3];

Loving these wānanga videos, in this particular video I liked the description of what resistance is. I like to think of resistance as two stages, one is the active effort to prepare yourself and future generations to withstand the storms that come your way and the other is movement, movement in the sense that the kaupapa does not fade into the busyness and demands of the world around them, and that there are attainable steps forward to achieve an end goal and keeping the passion and motivation for the kaupapa. I think its also important to remember that yes one person can make a difference but a collective of people even a collective of people taking small steps together can shift mountains. I will always feel like I am not contributing enough or effective enough in my effort, as a introvert I hate confrontation, i am quiet and I tend to avoid conflict. This being said I will always support and make an effort to contribute in some form, whether its through my teaching mokopuna, attending protests, signing petitions or simply having conversations. Mauri ora

Australia has non religious and religious groups there are 120 religions 3000 cults 100s of hippy communes now called international communes and a group called hillsong with a huge following of youth wanting to break away from traditional religions plus all the clubs in Australia the greek Italian etc im pretty sure a marae in amongst all this will hardly be noticed as too many are doing their own thing Australia is a commonwealth country and of course its gets belted over the head constantly for the sins of their ancestors 200 years ago which they carry like a ball & chain but one thing they arent is prejudice toward the many cultures who want to practice their religion their cultures their non religious beliefs etc commonwealth countries maybe challenged on the sins of their ancestors but in 2024 they embrace all cultures and always have no matter what their beliefs or their cultures are of course some cultures have extreme beliefs like honor killings child marriage etc obviously Australia stands against that but otherwise people are free to practice their cultures australias indigenous peoples dont have structures like maraes etc they have what they call Dreamtime a belief their ancestrals progressed over the land and created life wow isnt that awesome just the word its self Dreamtime i think the American indigenous peoples also have the same philosophy

Yes call me a sentimental old fool but Stacy should have been lining up for the Black ferns for the last few months - not playing statehouse bullrush with a bunch of shackle draggers. She must be the most decorated union player in the game - a consequence of her being selected and developed in the code's premier teams. Lets not kid ourselves that the NZRU would have been remotely pleased with her decision to code hop to league. No doubt because there were a few extra dollars involved. I dont know what the money difference was but I hope she is happy with the price of her loyalty to the code that has given her everything.

Kia ora..making way for the upcoming future Black Ferns after giving all the skills and support she has for womans rugby union, i bet the smiling assassin will do the same after completing her journey in the world of womans rugby league.. NZRU recieved all expectations they wanted from her(and some) and from the rest of the wahines wearing the black jersey bearing the mark of the mighty fern, glory and recognition to NZWRU to name a few.. i was gutted also with her choice to switch codes, though NZWRL's future has plenty of goodtimes ahead with plenty of smiles. so its all good and im happy chappy with that too.. your no fool btw, chur!..

Maori abortion statistics are disgraceful for a people that brag about the importance of Whakapapa. No mahi to highlight this shift in the concept of truth regarding tamariki. Post-Kantian ideology particularly Hegel's Dialectical Methodology has captured Maori.
