I’ve had some nice talk to an operator running on the 8 (R265 Wed-Sat), and he said that a lot of MUNI operators enjoyed faster transmission (BAE) more than the Allison one. One day when he rode 6550 on the freeway, he complained that the bus was too slow for him.

I love the way the air compressors sound on those flyers they were such quite busses and those windows open alot more then new buses and they fly
