Tiny houses are very cool! Is it going to be permanent or a vacation home? Look into hiring a forestry mulcher & driver. It will quickly clear your property and a good driver can easily avoid any trees you want to keep standing. Just yesterday I had my forestry mulcher guy cut another mile of trails through the woods. The path it leaves is flat like a paved road and nothing but mulch is left, absolutely beautiful. A good driver can clear a path and space on your property in an hour. Have an S or at least a curve leading from the road to your house. This way the house is hidden and you're not looking at traffic. Congratulations on the property and that sweet RV!
@connellyoff-roadadventure32653 ай бұрын
I guess I should say small home because I chose to get a 16x40 (640sq feet) shed that we will be converting. For now it will serve as a vacation home and Airbnb but will be paid off so we can live in it mortgage free possibly in the future. I was looking into renting the mulching equipment because it saves a lot of money and it should be fun lol. Good idea on the S drive way. I don't want to be seen from the road. I've had the property sitting for almost 20 years now and been wanting to build the small home for about 3 years now. Finally making a move to get it done. You should do a video on your updates to your property!! Id love to see.

Sad that even today auto shops are still taking advantage when they see a woman or anyone for that matter. I've had my own similar experiences so don't feel bad. Fortunately we have enough knowledge to know "something isn't right here." Two tips for changing oil. Run the engine for 5 mins before changing the oil. Makes it less viscous to flow better and get that little extra out. After filling, wait 5 mins for the new oil to settle before checking the dipstip. I love working on combustion engines so this was a fun video for me. Congrats on your self reliance.
