So I did a similar procedure to make a reed stuffer and after a bit of filing and sanding and shaping it works beautifully and better than the 3D printed ones i had ordered after. Thank you for the insightful method on creating this. Much appreciated and happy riding!

Un supercampione che ho visto correre come pilota a Parma Rezzato Lonato . Oggi sarebbe in F1 ma allora, quanti piloti italiani di kart veramente dotati non hanno potuto fare carriera nelle varie formule . Piccini ha battuto e vinto su piloti poi arrivati alla F.1.

Thank you for this video. One question please, is the jetting mentioned with a drilled air filter? (in the heart shaped area) or stock, covered configuration? I drilled the hole in the bowl already but I will also look at the filter section as well!

I love the video, I’m working on a 50cc Benelli with a stock transfer opening of 120 degrees and a exhaust duration of 168 and a intake duration of 144 what can I do to make this cilinder more sporty but still comfortable to ride at lower speeds what would you recommend? I have a stock pipe with a passage of 28mm and a length of about half a meter and a delorto 20mm vhbs I hope to hear from you soon Kind regards Mr. Whiskers

we recommend bringing the exhaust timing to 180° and the intake timing to 160°, the engine will become grumpier, but much more powerful

@@WhiteOneRacingExtra thank you so much for the reaction :D , what would you recommend for the ignition timing? Due to it being a road going bike I’ve fitted a now one of a kind kokusan evo 2 ignition 12v. It has a lighter flywheel then the original Dansi.

If you don't have a regulatory constraint, the easiest way to increase the number of revolutions is to use a shorter muffler. Another way is to increase the exhaust timing up to 199°

I am very interested in your thoughts about a motor I am building. AM6 TPR 86cc aluminum 30mm mikuni JL 86 exhaust MVT Millennium ignition Digimax EPROM Problem is that I don't see any maps or information on the MVT setup. I bought the EPROM because it had 3 maps and +/- 3° on each. Kinda like going blind into it Not sure about the exhaust as others have said that I may need something bigger like the R4 Voca orr Bidalot . I chose the JL because I assumed it would give netter low and mid RPM performance.

Hi. Great Video. I have a Vespa Cosa with a 31.5 mm stub on the brake drum. I would like to fit a regular seal to the drive shaft and plug the weep hole but what seal do I use? They only seem to be 30 or 32mm id.

I, instead, d'nt never understand why all this mods in those moped, crafted for economy and moderate use..... the mine, 33 age CIAO, is completely original like when born in 1989. many compliments to White Racing for all.
