This will not go down well will it? “Sensational new scientific findings at a site on the West Antarctica ice sheet near the Thwaites ’Doomsday’ Glacier indicate that current ice levels are up to eight times thicker than they were around 8,000 years ago. A group of 13 scientists led by Greg Balco of the Berkeley Geochronology Centre carried out extensive field work in the Amundsen Sea Embayment between the Thwaites and Pope glaciers and found current thickness levels of 40 metres compared with measurements in the recent past ranging from 2-7m. The work is of major importance since it casts new light on the cycles of ice production and loss that have always occurred in an area riddled with buried volcanoes.”

This is the best explanation on KZbin. Clear and precise with so simple explanation. Many lives would indeed be saved if these concepts would be accepted by officials and people.

How big the amplitude of shaking the surface of earth can reach? Is it centimeters or can it reach 10 meters? And is there any video, where this shaking is visible? Hope someone answers <3

Well in 30 years the only climate model to come close to showing anything close to actual real temperatures measured by thermometers satellite or ballons is the Russian model which is not biased as much by political funding. Living in sweden where the average mean temps according to all weather stations in the last 60 years is net ZERO And Usa is also showing very little warming over 100 years, certainly nothing dramatic or catastrophic. And your appeal of using future generations is a non scientific narrative. There is no climate emergency, only extinction rebellion and other extreme green bodies are pushing that and unfortunately these groups are very prevalent in the Ipcc summary groups, that is a scandal, people who have green affiliation who are lead authers for the Ipcc. Time to stop this ridiculouse political crusade, with the far left infiltrsting society and taxes , No more storms droughts floods, mo pattern at all, No more burn acreage, All facts from the data of the relative agencies! No hot spot in the upper troposphere at the tropics= the whole theory of trapped heat has now been shown to be wrong, Any physicist knows this, And your models all show error bars of X1-400%, Ridiculous overcalculation of sensitivity in all 124 models, Normal science would say after 30+ years, eh maybe we are off here we need to change our methods, obviously the water vapour is not understood at all, co2 is a greenhouse gas but a mild one. , Just 16-20k years ago the northern hemisphere was under kilometres of ice. As the upper atmosphere is not showing any alarming warming through satellite and balloon monitoring then the extra warming is escaping to space as it is certainly not being proven to be trapped any length of tim at all, John Christy who is a pioneer on satellite and ballons monitoring, noth satellite and ballons show similar values! Why is there only one view from all the establishment ? i guess it all started politically with gore or hansen, and who wants the UN=Ipcc deciding over normal people’s lives? the great reset, No climate crisis, anyone who has lived a few years can see through the narrative Intergovernmental panel on climate change! Ipcc its a panel of politicipns who write the summaries, And wind and solar have already been shown to be terrible unreliable and costing normal taxpayers a fortune, lets get back to normal and stop this nonsense, We cannot change the climate but a super volcanic eruption can, Greenhouse gases =2% of atmosphere, of the 2% co2 is approx 4% and of the 4% of the 2% himans are maybe responsible for 3-4% , So if humans stopped EVERYTHING , cars, boats, aircraft, machines then the net temp saving is NOT even worth talking about ! a joke on humanity if it wasn’t so harmful to himan flourishing! cheap reliable energy not expensive unreliable energy,

live on the epicenter of that 4.4. Every house on street empty, cats and dogs gone, baby screaming. Was so loud my mum phoned thinking something exploded and my neighbor thought it was a plane crash. Had to run outside to tell everyone it was an earthquake. Was worried some mine shafts collapsed but I heard a similar noise a month or so back and now we have an orange street after an orange geyser erupted at the bottom of our street. There has always been iron ore staining the water in these parts but to see it splattered over dozens of cars and houses was unreal. It's still a mess further down my street but I'm not so certain that everything is settled. So many more cracks this month in all the same places in my house that appeared after that earthquake. The streets all seem a bit wonky with weird pot holes everywhere too.

I am very shocked to see all that ICE. I was fully assured by Warmists back in the 90's that 'ice was a thing of the past'. Didn't Mark Sereze say that 'the arctic is screaming'? Where are the predictions of ice caps melting today? Attenborough who I once respected has turned out to be just a dozy old twat who allowed himself to be manipulated by Climate Cultists.

The epicentre is the point on the surface closest to the focus - usually directly above the focus.
