I can relate to you man I don't care about the charter or name I'm just interested in investments and I looked at subjects of CFA and signed up for it. My biggest weakness is maths hopefully I will be able to conquer my fear of math along with learning what I find exciting.

Hey! I remember watching the video where you showed your GMAT journey. That video really inspired me. I ended up working from a 540 GMAT to 680. I didnt give up tho, so I shifted to GRE and got 330 (~730/740GMAT). Thank you for sharing your journey, it helped me find strength in my own!

Hi I am pursuing my master’s degree in accounting, but it takes time to get CPA license, I am planning to get EA credential first. Do u think this will help me get internships in big four? I did not get any interview from big four even I maintained my GPA at 3.87 😅 I wonder what kind of accounting interns are they looking for if master’s degree in accounting and 150 credits + good GPA does not help get even internships, will EA help? As a dude who works in finance as well, he is probably in his 7th or 8th year and absolutely fed up with the job but still has his bills to pay and a nagging wife at home. He looks and acts exactly like those type of guys in my office

im curious about the benefits of doing an MBA in the next 5-7 years. Im a masters in finance student and have my undergrad BBA in finance, both from non top schools. Im planning on doing my CFA and CFP once i graduate and start in portfolio management while later moving into IB/ a hedge fund. Im wondering if the ms in finance along with those designations will be enough to move through the ranks or if i should try to go to a top school such as wharton or harvard for an MBA in econ. If those werent a possibility then im wondering if schools such as stern, booth, or kelley would suffice.

I would say harder than AUD and it might be harder or easier than FAR depending what you prefer. I didn’t enjoy learning about taxes a lot so for me FAR was more enjoyable. REG is less material tho!

Trump didn’t only use terrifs. He mainly used the threat of terrifs as well as making it extremely hard for foreign companies to come in while giving American companies a very easy tax / legal path. All of it coming together makes great economic growth the the US
