Nice UI Kit, and great talent! Have you tried Figma? I think it might be 100 times more suitable for most of UI work, great tools, easy to share, export, cooperate.
@MegWayne2 жыл бұрын
Yeah this video is from 2017 haha. Although to be honest, I absolutely hate Figma cause most actions take way more clicks than in Affinity and masking in Figma is even less intuitive than Illustrator. But they do have collaboration that works. (I’m not a UI Designer though so I don’t have to use it very often)

Hii Need a small help..i create pattern in affinity designer.. wen i export my pattern design EPS file in affinity designer , the file size is around 200 to 300kb..how can i increase my file size upto 3 mb? Please help me..!!
@MegWayne2 жыл бұрын
What’s the reason behind wanting a larger EPS file? There’s no way to make it larger unless you purposefully hide shapes or images in the background until you reach the file size you want.

How do you work with a team on Affinity Designer?
@MegWayne2 жыл бұрын
Similarly to how we used to before tools like Figma. In my case there’s one file owner responsible to maintain the core file on Drive/Dropbox and others can download to do whatever they need to with the latest core document locally. Depending on how big of a project something is, we can have more than one file that’s shared, I.e. a complex social campaign. I only use Figma for stuff that need real time collaboration but I don’t mind that Affinity doesn’t have it, most tools don’t anyway.

@MegWayne3 жыл бұрын
Hi! If you're talking about the artboard, you just need to select it, and click a color in the color panel (you can also just make a big rectangle and lock the layer). If you're talking about the gray background in the app, it's under UI preferences.
