I'd advise the ladies to use a wipe to clean their hand with afterwards. Please don't wash straight away because its going into the water system/table. You want to be adding to synthetics to the wildlife or humans in regards to drinking and washing themselves with tap water.

I can tell you that this must have Been a citylook because in my village NONE looked like this! They had blue eyeshadow and pink lipstick and black mascara. When i came back after a vaccation in italy i had green , brown and gold eyeshadow and clothes in the same color and by god how they stared at me. So in country side in small villages i was a strange fruit

What brush are you using for bronzer?

Leave it for an hour? That’s a totally impractical advice in my colder climate. No gel company would have that as a part of an application otherwise nobody would use gels.

Who else is frustrated with this advice? The God Damn patch should not be falling off or be able to get diluted by water when bathing, showering, or swimming. I have to waterproof the thing everyday. And yes, water diluted the patch, and your hot flashes could come back. This may lead to an increase in medication because the doctors are unaware of this.

I just have to know why they picked outer arms and inner thighs? Is it optimal absorbtion, convenience, dose optimisation? Back of my legs and front of my whole arm seem like good absorbative (not tough skin or rubbing thighs) to me. I choose my areas because i also need to moisturise dry outer skin. I avoid boobs, of course. The gel seems to get along with my skin better (no allergy like the patches) but why not spread on the tummy? I am not doing that, but know not why.
