Hey nice training in france ! were still on old tasers : X26 and some units have T7 but i like the T10 it does not look too bad ! Are you satisfied with T10's ?
@bryanpolice69555 күн бұрын
@@Sonny-Kendall We are extremely happy with them! They are great tools. We get a lot of good use out of the VR training system too. The T10s have much more capability and the distance is very impressive.

Crazy that you actually do this on cops in real life training. In UK police we use real life but with a suit and don't subject people to the actual taser probes.
@bryanpolice69552 ай бұрын
@@ne0beatsm0rp98 That is very interesting. Do you happen to have videos of that training? The live exposure is a part of our certification process to help officers understand the force they are using on subjects. It is a common practice here in the U.S. with most law enforcement agencies.
@ne0beatsm0rp982 ай бұрын
@bryanpolice6955 different in UK we don't need to do live exposure to pass training. My point being it's crazy that people are subjected to that to pass the course. The same as PAVA, we don't subject anyone to it to pass the course but iv seen other countries and police force do to their officers. I guess it's different in different countries based on different human rights laws

I get tased and pepper sprayed yearly as a part of my department recertification. I've also volunteered to be tased for our citizens academy. Not all department do this and its also important to note the US has 50 states, each with different requirements (on age, physcial standards and training) to become a police officer.

While this is cool and I can see the real world application, I highly recommend your agency checks out EFC, they’ve maid DT leaps and bounds better for LE. Not saying your DT is bad or anything, I’m sure their is more that goes on other then just this. But I think every agency in the nation should be in with EFC. I’ve seen the great effects it’s had on officers and their communities.

In All the tons of police shooting videos, almost never see a guy reloading with one hand, they get dragged out and get medical treatment, or they self care themselves while other officers take down the threat. Makes zero sense

Thats great, I think it should be mandatory for police departments to maintain a bi-annual physical agility test and firearms qualifications and if they can't maintain it they need to be let go, that should go for everyone that it is a peace officer.

@@bryanpolice6955 sure, I'll check it out. What kind of ARs are you guys running? Looks like I saw at least one SOLGW. I see you guys are also running suppressed which is definitely the way to go especially cuz you guys are doing a lot of cqb. I'm not an officer btw, just a citizen who shoots a lot. You guys should upload more content, it's cool to see a law enforcement agency engage with ordinary people on this topic. One handed manipulation drills are so extremely important. My concealed carry instructor was an old Vietnam veteran and he really stressed the importance of those drills so I practice them to this day.

For that rifle class it is the officers choice on what rifle they want to use. Our only requirement is that the rifle has to be high in quality and pass inspection from a certified armor. We are happy to hear that and will be trying to upload more videos for y’all on a regular basis. Let us know what y’all want to see and we will do our best to get that content out to y’all. Thank you for the support. We are happy to see an ordinary citizen train! Tag us in any type of good training so we can give it a shot!

At 0:13, how are you going to use a weapon platform or handcuffs after injuring your hands? In MMA even with wraps and gloves the most common injury is broken hands. Look up, Missouri cop blames suspects bonny face for breaking his own hand when punching suspect. Thank you in advance for your answer.

How is this situation handled usually when there is a police/citizen collision regardless of fault? I see the citizen immediately Attempt get out of the vehicle (end of video) but should they remain in the car? To follow up, is this incident treated like a citizen on citizen accident where there is a citation for the collision and simply a trade of insurances? I would hate to have this happen to me or anyone else however with inclement weather, these thing happen quite a bit.
@bryanpolice69553 жыл бұрын
Crashes are a dynamic situation. It is recommended that you stay in your vehicle, but often people exit their vehicles in accidents to check on the other involved driver. If you do hear a voice telling you to remain in your vehicle, that is probably the best action. To answer your second question, yes. Collisions involving the police and a citizen are treated exactly as a citizen on citizen accident. An accident investigation is conducted on the scene. In Bryan, we complete crash reports for accidents occurring on public roadways. The insurance information is gathered for the report. A citation is issued if it is determined a transportation code violation has been violated.
