I shorted the test pins and nothing happened. I got a new board and did the test on the new one and again nothing happened. I am at a loss.

I have a garage heater, not a Reznor, a Brut....i'm keeping garage at 10-11C the heater is mounted high in a ~12-13 ft ceiling attached house garage. Outside temp is around -18 to -20C. The unit exhaust is a horizontal straight shot out garage wall, externally ending in an horizontal Tee. I am noticing two west spots from moisture dripping out of bottom panel of heater onto garage floor. Garage humidty is around 40%. What is causing this moisture buildup in garage heater?...i have only this now....its quite cold outside and snowing heavily. Have never noticed this when its warmer out. It must be condesation build up from cold air in exhaust? How would I fix this?....do I need to insulate exhasut pipe between heater and inner wall of garage?

How do you reset these. Mine is showing 1 green flash lockout. But i try cycling the thermostat turning the breaker on and off. Still flashing the one green light meaning lockout

Hi there, my reznor heater has one green flash which means lockout from failed ignition or flame loss. It runs for a while then when i come in the morning will be off with that one green flash. Any idea what to check for that? Any help be appreciated

I have a York rooftop gas unit with vfd , the vfd stays at 14hz at 25% settings, the motor/vfd won’t change speeds with it calling cooling stage 1/2 on, I am reading 4vdc at the vfd. The vfd is a delta 300 ms I have tried to check for existing settings and/or attempt to change settings it gives me error message I have also tried to bypass no luck . I also wanted to see if the York board is properly set up but I don’t have the full instructions on how to maneuver through it. I have gone into commission area and I choose vfd motor but it won’t let me in , it goes back to the main area vfd motor . If you can help me out here .

Luckily you got an easy one. I had one with 15 stat wires going to an alarm panel.that had an end of line resistor and alarm trigger

If the Unit heat isn't running, the gas (flame) isn't on, and the gas pipe tamper is open, I think the Automatic ignition control has failed. Am I right? I used my digital meter and checked transformer 120V to 24VAC - work but the thermostat - W/RC is 0V nothing. is the ignition control not working ?

I have a Rheem corsaire furnace. The control panel has no green light. Internet says to replace the fuse but I can't fund the 3amp?

Owner took a hose to it while it was running. Threw the fan off kilter, where it distorted and whacked through the grill. Knew he screwed up. Panicked wife would find out he's an idiot. Called technician.

Like the US F-35 Lightning fighter jet, great when working but unreliable and a nightmare to maintain resulting in less than 50% being ready for combat, Trane XV units are are over-engineered and overbuilt beyond any rational need to perform their required simple task..the basic function of cooling a home. Great when they are working but requiring outrageously expensive maintenance and repair far beyond the routine skills of most HVAC contractors when not working.

With cooling mode energized shouldn't the vfd go to 60hz the fan should be ripping.

What is the ohms on that sensor??? 10,000 ohms??
