So 1 part chickpeas and 10 parts water? I think you said "ten cups of water and one cup soaked chickpeas " wich would make a really big batch for a single person. But I am going to try this out immediately!

I will have to try this and then use it to make cookies that call for condensed milk in their recipe :) the only negative side to this is that cashew nuts are very expensive at least over here in France, so it''s something to only make once in a while haha

a question, surely they aren’t fermenting? doesn’t the vinegar which acid prevent this? they would ferment in brine which water and salt based. interested in your thoughts here. thanks for the great video

What about all the other things in the soy milk? I have been making my own milk- soy beans and water THATS IT. But it’s a lot of work so was thinking of trying with an organic unsweetened soy but even those have other things in them. What did you use?
