Wow they sound great live. Jack and Mark are on a different level. Those leads and solos are performed flawlessly. I just watched Dokken in 87 in my opinion Don and George don’t match this level. George’s solos definitely not as clean or have as much groove and feeling. Not knocking them just saying this GW performance is top notch. Jack is feeling it, has energy and movement. Gives me chills now, I could only imagine being there live in 88’.

A lot of great bands from the 80s. If not gone forever (death, breakup, whatever), close to it. What will the 2080s hold? Another rock revolution?

Saw Great White 2 years in a row on Psycho City tour in a l small club in Greenville NC called the Attic actually met Jack before the second show in a restaurant behind the club called la vista and chatted with him and got him to sign a paper plate for an autograph he was very chill down to earth and was surprised that night when he introduced Bobby Blotzer(Ratt) was filling in on drums it was awesome show! 🎸🎶🤘 Good Times😎

I have listened to all kinds of rock and roll over the years and I truly believe that Jack had one of the best voices in rock and roll. He was an idol to me in and just out of high school. Your songs are related to a lot of my young day’s memories. RIP Jack Russell.

I saw Great White 10 times between 1989 and 2000, and the band always gave their all. However, this show is on another level. It's too bad the crowd never really got into it, which can be the case with festival gigs, especially for those bands that play earlier in the day.
