Gatti knows about the spiritual purpose of Wagners masterpiece.

🎹 Why did they interview Waktraud Meier and show excerpts sung by another soprano!!!!!
@LucasAllers8 ай бұрын
What she says ist a contraction to all real great and unsurpassed Wagner singers beginning from Flagstad, Lehmann, Rysanek, Mödl, Varnay, Nielson, Bjoner etc.

I would love to experience opera - there are many arias that I love but the recitative loses my attention, especially as I don’t know the language operas are written in.

I have been Vágner Love her since I was 15. Slowly but surely over my life I have become more and more entrance with the music drama power feelings emotions this music gives. I agree with the fact Nevada is probably the greatest human being Who have lived. Parsifal does portray A suspension of time. I and enables my brain to delve into wonders no other music does to me. The Ring cycle has a different effect and yet is unique to Wagner’s ability to transport myself to realms not experienced by any other art form. His artistic genius in my mind can be separated from his political and dystopian ideals. Long live Wagner music and it’s effect on mankind lending are unique spirituality nothing else gets to me.

You can’t take ANY Wagner interview now, because ALL Wagnerian singers are just dead: Flagstad, Appels, Schluter, Andresen. They just died. And these clouns develop some kind of shit and than give these stupid interviews speaking about shit that they call “voice”

State your ,,,Its possible to separate the Ideologie and so on... state end ...envy and slander ideas as usual.. Its not Wagners fault when the nazis misused his wonderful music. Wagner worked close with Jews,you know that exactly. His antisemitism Was more or less usual this time. Look how Theordor Herzl described his own people in a letter to Baron de Hirsch...1905 about 100.000 jewish refugees from Russia lived in London..Chaim Weizmann one founder of the Balfour declaration, ( output Versailles )coming from Russia ,studied in the antisemetic ? Germany than growing to a british Minister and later as a brit prime of Israel...look to the music and consider Händel not Handel was a german too. When Schiller and Beethoven wrote and composed the 9th ( ode )you sang and sing today...Britannia rule the waves. Think about and stop slander. ( forgotten Holocaust in India and and many more in your own history, Operation Unthinkable from Churchill )

PARSIFAL IS full of wonderful music,, guiltiness,,atonement forgivness, and salvation... and you mention Wagners antisemitism...look what kind of antisemitism you will find in Theodor Herzls letter to Baron de Hirsch..

Always the same when he Interviews the Singers the Interviewer confronts them with the Nazi Aera ,he doesnt dare the same when interviewing Conductors..which have ein general a deeper knowledge.. Consider the Premiere of Parzival was conducted by Hermann Levy , a Jew.
@hja18914 жыл бұрын
The Interviewer only wants to know something about Wagners antisemitism and nothing about the music.. Wagner had close contac to the conductor Levi who was a Jew.. Levy conducted Parsival...Wagners Pamphlet was against the influence of the judism in music. Genious or Monster this question you would never made to Shakespeare ( Macbeth and other bloody stories) no no no... that is an untouchable british. Icon .. but Wagner and Germany slander is allowed as usual Since 1871.. ,

Wagners italienische Lieblingskomponisten waren Bellini und Donizetti. Kein Wunder, daß er ihre lyrische Stimmführung bewunderte und dies sich in seinen frühen Opern niederschlug. - Heinz

I discovered Wagner, the Sorcerer, at age 15...I have twice made the pigrimage to Bayreuth, the holy temple of art... I have attended Wagner performances all over the world... I have studied his scores as well as a hundred plus books about Wagner... I have collected letters, manuscripts, busts, and a variety of Wagneriana ... And now, decades later, I joyously and gratefully declare that Wagner's music dramas, his towering personality, his prodigious life achievements... Continue to hold me firmly and forever under their spell.💥 🎹 🎭
