Nice factory. I have a drill and a milling machine of Arboga (Sweden). I am thinking about a new bench grinder, is there a showroom in Brovst? Or is this just factory?

I can't believe they didn't bolt that grinder to the floor. It's like pivoting on plate that's warped from too much welding. And the guy is like "then you put dis on dis and take dis and screw it on dis".

Works about twice as fast as a hole saw notcher. Gets roughly 120 notches on schedule 40 pipe for 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 before it starts to melt and not grind. Recommend if you do alot of high paced pipe work. For straight pipe notching or 90° a sheer notcher is far superior. For pitched notches its far superior to hole saw notching if doing hundreds of parts a day to where labor costs deminishes consumables cost.

never buy a machine from the brand scan tool !! the quality of these machines is very poor. the warranty / service is also worthless. there are many other brands that deliver better quality for less money. I have 2 machines of this brand (scan tool) of which one was delivered broken and the other had broken down within six months

You come to our dealer in Holland with a SCANTOOL 150 belt grinder which is more than a year old and inform us that the contact wheel has been out of balance since you bought it. Why first claim now after one year ! We have already arranged that you will get new ball bearings in the contact wheel.. This we will do for you under the guarantee and further we have offered you 5 pieces of grinding belts 150x2000mm grit 60 free of charge for sending the contact wheel to our dealer so they can repair it for you. What more do you want ?

SCANTOOLGROUP det er jeg glad for at læse. Jeg sætter pris på at der stadig bliver fabrikeret i Danmark. Jeg har selv 3 stk slibette 8 i mit værksted, - en med båndpudser, en med store land til drejestål/toolbit, og så en med alm. Slibesten. Er utrolig glad for dem, de kører bare super godt. Det er grej der holder generationer. Håber i vil fortsætte det gode arbejde i mange år endnu. Især her i Danmark 👍🙂

Das Teil steht ja stabil. Min. 80cm in Beton mit 12x300 Metalldübel Da bewegt sich ja garnichts. Die Schutzbrille und die Arbeitskleidung von Kansas runden die Profissionalität ab! WOW!

Wow it is almost like a gigantic Bulldog drill bit sharpener. Unfortunately it suffers from the same shortcoming that does though. In that it leaves striations parallel with the edge, not perpendicular. That can lead to chipping. I've found with my Bulldog sharpener that if I mount it at a 45 degree angle to level I can get a perpendicular edge grind then. It is kind of hard to explain with text. So if anyone is interested, and replies I'll paste a link to a picture of it then.
