Well I have definitely achieved a state of appreciating the lesson learned from things that were painful in the moment. I do not not how to teach others to achieve the same tho. I think it just comes naturally from a desire to be the best version of yourself.

Im here because im at a loss. I lost my dog on Sunday at 130pm. He had been sick for a year, stable, but things took a bad turn last week. For hours i sat on the couch trying to find the strength to take him to have him euthanized. As soon as I got the strength, i got up to get myself together to take him, and then he died in my arms. He was all I had. My 15 year old little brown eyed boy. I'm struggling as he I have no children. He was it. I now feel so alone, without my Russy. Praying i get to a point where I'm ok.

I miss my dog so much, but touching her was something so beautiful, it makes me sad, how can I touch the energy, even when I die, how can I feel her, because she was so beautiful and smart, I miss to hug her. When we die can we feel them in that way, that's the only thing I will miss from earth. Touching someone such good and beautiful. 💔😢😢😢😢🐾👑💜

Since my dog died I'm only bitter person, sorry I know that God knows what He is doing, but in my case that just made me a worse person, while she was alive life was bearable, now just empty space, even if I have my family, she was center of my world. I'm human but people are.. I don't have word for many of them. She was my sanctuary. I'm trying to find something good around me but people are wicked more than I remember ever. Sorry that's my opinion.

Mine is definitely a teacher, you know I didn’t like cats for a good 35 years. If I saw one, I would walk to the other side of the street as I thought they were unpredictable. Anyway, cut a long story short, my sister who was living with me, wanted a kitten and kept nagging me as she was broody. I ended up giving in. When she brought the kitten home and opened the box we both immediately fell in love with each other. My sister got pregnant and over out and I kept the cat, as she was mine She’s 11 years old now and such a good companion, I get amazed every day by her unconditional love.

I have a question. While looking for a cat to adopt, this black cat jumped on me and was purring etc, The girl that worked there was shocked because this cat was a feral and had never came down from the rafter if people were not around. Now 12 years later I have never felt a true connection to her becuase she still does not let you pick her up and when you move to pet her she runs and hides. 95% of the time she only seems to like me and will sleep with me if I am still. What is up with this please, I like her but not really connected as she is not trusting enough to let me bond with her.

Hi dear Friend Zach So thorough in your wonderful explanations. I love you. I've had cats my whole life (I'm 78) and most were so much more than a pet...sympathetic friends, teachers and had a couple who acted like my nurse. ( In my past I was depressed a lot and had Agoraphobia ). All just came to me..never bought a cat. Current cat Mookie came 10 months before my beloved Jeff left Earth. Not saying she took his place but she gives me the opportunity to express my care & love & playfulness that I used to have with Jeff. At my age I could easily retire to my couch and veg out but taking care of an active Siamese cat requires A LOT of energy. You are so right in saying pets are gifts to us from The Universe❤🐱😊🌈.

I rescued my dog savannah from romania, she came over to england to me, i am disabled and have trauma related seizures, unusually she had epilepsy (i had no idea when i adopted her). Within hours we were best friends, and she knew when i was going to have a seizure and she Alerted me every single time. She became my assistance dog. Last week she had 15 seizures in the space of 24 hours and was very brain damaged, i had to make the decision to put her to sleep. Its like ive lost part of my family and part of my independence, but atleast i know she doesnt have to carry on having seizures like i do. I took her off the streets, but she rescued me really. Im lost and heartbroken. 💔

My sweet lab-golden mix, Dexter, passed away November 27th of this year. I'm completely devastated. Dex was my shadow and always spent time with me in the garden and in my potting shed. I don't know how I'll garden without him next spring. I just want to be with him. I'm so sorry for your loss, too.

So timely!! Needed this now. Woke up filled with retroactive anxiety, anger & resentment from 60 year old traumatic memories of horrible holiday gatherings with dysfunctional family members. It was seemingly out of nowhere and yet very real. Finally Spirit let me understand the cause. Whew! So weird that really old traumas can flash up currently.
