This person does not exist in my humble opinion.. because you talk from a happy flow point of view, complete pro-active organization. Video is great by the way.

Thank you for taking the time to produce this video. It provides lots of visual information on the role, hits on all the important points and I can see & hear that it is backed up by experience. I am not sure about the Agile Coach / ScrumMaster definition although I have read a lot of training material the can lead to the confusion of thinking that these roles are the same.

Excellent work. Can you explain what actions teams took /did in practice to get the 95% down from 40 to 32 days? Also, have you got any other videos with other explanation on other Actionable metrics?

Your dictation is terrible, it is painfull to listen and hard to follow what you said. Not sure if it is real voice or is it compuer generates speach synthesis.

Hi Sebastian, thanks for the video... Please please please do not say that Agile Coach is the Scrum Master in Scrum! This is completely wrong! Agile Coach and Scrum Master are completely different roles! No wonder the industry does not appreciate Agile Coaching anymore... Everyone believes that a guy coming out of the university without any experience can be an Agile Coach. This is so wrong!!! Agile Coach must know about: * Coaching * System Thinking * Organisational Change* * System Coaching * TOC * Organisational Politics And much much more... A person with your experience knows so much, I see you as a leader so please please educate people in the right way. Scrum Master and Agile coaching are completely different things. All the best for you

Hey Luis, I am interested in the subject. Where can I find a definition of Scrum Master versus Agile Coach?

Love this video - it encapsulates the roles very well. This is what EVERY Agile Coach should be doing, otherwise one cannot call oneself an true Agile Coach, maybe an Agile Coach in training.
