I had a 1981 GS1100E brand new in blue. A slightly more civilized bike I that was more comfortable. But screaming fast as well. I moved out of state and let my brother keep it, but he did make a few payments on it to help me out. He got a super deal altogether though!!

I'm confused. You video is about the Honda CB750Four, which I owned. Your write-up is all about the CB1000 and CB1300. Have I got the math wrong (cm3) or have I mistaken the "official" Honda model number: CB1000 = CB750?

Nice build! What year is the model? I recently built the Tamiya Harley Police bike that my dad bought but never built, back in the 80's? So the kit was at least 40 years old. Everything was still fine except the transfers which didn't work. The model was a joy (but tricky) to build, with metal discs, handle bars etc.
@ScaleModelExperience12 күн бұрын
Hi, I think it’s released in August 2018 No 25. Your Harley Davidson must be a joy to build even have 40 years old kit!

Thanks for the reply. I didn't know Tamiya is releasing 1/6 bikes again! Yippee! A model shop told me that Ferrari and other Supercar manufacturers won't let Tamiya make models of their latest Supercars... isn't that silly?

When I was a teenager one of our neighbors had a Honda Trail 80, a similar bike I believe? It was blue. They had 5 kids and all of them rode the bike whenever they needed some local transportation. They had another Honda motorcycle but it was smaller - I don't remember what it was. They got a lot of use out of both of them LOL
