I know this sounds stupid, but going to ask you a question my house is almost completed of repair or renovated. I will say 93% of the rest is minor but then I also have a steam boiler that needs to be installed new one is sitting down in the basement. I’m kinda in the mess up situation mode and it’s close to spring time. What should I do from here manual?

What’s the zoning like for these lots ? Can I buy and just let sit for 2-3 years till I build a house! I’m the meantime tho while I wait for that could I put a prefab Amazon home in the property

Its residential single family, I don't think you can put a temporary housing there, The zone wont allowed to put prefab, best bet is asking on the city permitting

I think the difference is in their high-end communities. I've seen some of the newer build-in-spec homes and they have a lower quality

Cape Coral is great I spent a month in a home like that to escape the Chicago winter over Covid. It’s a chill area with vibrant atmospheres a short drive away and beautiful weather year round.

The heat and humidity. You will sweat profusely every time you step outside for most of the year. If you don't like to be sweaty , this aint the place for you. That is why, in my view, most people here are obese. It is too hot to do anything except eat and stay inside. Also, don't forget about the red tide, fish kills, toxic blue/green algae, and flesh eating bacteria. Many times, the beaches are closed due to fecal matter contamination. This here is the deep South.

Well all the doom and gloom is there in Cape Coral. Have seen many home that are stellar pristine homes sell for 300.00-350.00 per sq foot. Never offer more. Pick up those homes people lots deals

Far from normal. I wouldnt offer less than 100k below list price on any home. Houses are still easily 30-40% over valued for Cape. Only matter of time. Sellers will be begging for those prices. Only the few lucky ones will be able to sell before than. So many houses in early 2000s era,20 year old and no updates and asking 500 600 700k... good luck affordability still at all time lows. only thing that changes that is lower prices. not rates. Only matter of time.
