Guessing Covid-19 has something to do with this- it seems very hard in our area to find an SLP for an elder who can manage to get out by afternoon. Do you know of practitioners/groups who do home visits without ‘home bound’ status? The one we typically use repeatedly doesn’t have an SLP .

This is just an advertisement for LSVT and Amedisys. Nothing against either of them- they're great. Just wasn't interested in wasting 40 minutes of my life to get no practical information to utilize in therapy this week. ugh. Will keep researching. Since LSVT training is not readily available to me in my location.

I don't understand why a speaker can't be miked properly. You go to all the trouble to get the speaker and set up a time for his presentation and then don't do what is necessary for a understable presentation. Do the basics and get things right.
