Hi, how is the quality ? Does it rust outside ? Any info about the stainless Steel grade ?

I've used mine during the whole summer. Quality wise there's nothing I can complain. No rust or stains, heats up very well and evenly. The only thing I don't like are the rather flat flavor bars. Oil will stick and ignite to flames. Not a big issue if you're not heavy on the oil. The design of the flavor bar on my old Weber was much better in that sense. You'll see what I mean when you look at the grill at the store...
