I got Probe wizzard that you use . I have problem with that . I don't know Why it dosen't work normaly . I try to find XY edge but it only move X axis it dosen't move Y axis . Do you know why ?

Hi, very usefulm, but I have a problem because it refreshes really delayed. In other words, when you change the pose in the robot (non linux simulator) it takes at least one minute to change in the Socket Communication App. How is it possible? Do you guess what it's happening? Thanks It also happens when you change the digital or analog outputs.

so, i have a 4-pin touch off probe with over travel alarm (two pins for probe, and two for over travel) How did you set your probe up in mach3? i see a ton of options in the configuration window, but they are all named, and none are touch off probes or whatever

Actually it's working now. :) Nevertheless when connecting with an external program to robot IP and 30001 socket I receive trash in the socket connection. Edit: I guess the trash is OK since if I send the commands everything works fine. :o Ok, one more question... The Primary Server only works in remote control?

Had the same problem. I simply ignored it. And it works fine. You simply check the ip addr within ur linux vm and write this address into the pom file.

Don't take this guys advice, if you're going to upgraded your spindle use 7007ac angular contact and 7206 angular contact. Both with the same contact angel. I can say this guys always adjusting or messing with this setup because the preload is wrong, you know when thry heat up they get tighter. Ac bearings can go to 20krpm

Hey great job just 1 comment because all bearing parts are press fit into their counterparts you will not be able to adjust your bearing preload. I would have removed the press fit on the upper bearing (the one with the bearings not the race) on the lathe by lightly sanding the upper part of the shaft where the bearing usualy sits this would allow you to do a bearing preload.

@michaelmeyer6603 im not sure but i did it to mine and its quite a change. Exactly what i did is as folows. I removed the pressfit on the outer cage of the bottom bearing by mounting the mill head on my lathe and lightly sanding making sure to 1 not remove so much material you want a tight slipfit 2 making sure to keep everything parallel. Then i removed the pressfit off the top spindle shaft again in the lathe making the top bearing inner race slip fitting. I then press fit the lower bearing onto the spindle by pusing it using its inner race and pressfit the upper bearing into the top of the mill head by pusning on the outer race (don't push bearings in by the non contacting reace) then inserted the spindle into the head with just a hand push and adjusted the pre-load.
