Never get a Cockapoo unless you can give them lots of exercise, and I mean lots! They are very hyper dogs and if they get bored they'll trash your home. Take it from one who knows.

We have had ours for 3 months. He is just over 2 and had to be rehomed. He became my shadow very quickly and I'm now never without him. He does sleep on the bed which I know is bad but it's just me there so not an issue. He too does not like big dogs and his recall is awful. He is hard work still but I cannot imagine not having him.

As a single guy who lives alone how fair in your opinion would it be to leave a puppy on its own for say 8 hrs a day alone while I am at work? Specially this bread of dog.thanks

Verry, very cute. Looks a lot like two of my Cockapoos. They are the most loving and loyal best buddies, congratulations. I spent the first three months sleeping with my two guys out in the cage area because they are so social and yes miss Mom. Best naps in my life. Yes, they do chew everything, so what. They now sleep in our bed, under the bed and in their bed depending on mood, but almost always are giving kisses by around 6:45 am. Best way to ever get up.

I have one she is brown and she’s a playful dog and she loves to bite in a nice way and when she see people run she right after you and get ready to be picking up pee and poop and she ate my food but it’s normal for her and me but I still love just the way she was made and don’t take his food or touch him while he’s eating good cus you will end up in a hospital bed and don’t pick him up like a human or you will be getting bit

Cute dog breed with an unfortunate name

My cockapoo is 7 years old and full time companion, gets upset at being left home alone so I only leave her on rare occasions. LIke yours she lets us know when people are in the street. Not so bad for me as Im in a cul-de-sac, the only people passing by are neighbours or postman usually. Her behaviour is slightly different between passers by, and people walking up to the door, and If its a family member she knows, she still gets excited, runs to the door, speaks but doesnt do the barking. Im happy to keep her like that, no need for video doorbell heh. Her only bad habit doesnt happen very often now, rolling in poo, she gets a few angry words and a bath, she hates the bath, this compulsory consequence has helped put her off this habit over the years, but she does love being towel dried afterwards so were soon friends again.

We have 2 cockapoos 1 black and one brown and they are absolutely great dogs good nature very good with children and easy to train,both dogs were house trained in 7 days through perseverance,our two dogs love the water which makes it easy at bath time as when you mention the word bath they both run upstairs and jump in I am sure this little dog will bring years of joy as it has done to our family .🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇬🇧🇬🇧

I had the exact same color as yours, but Mine was a girl, had no tail/was cut short, Mine did live to about 19 yrs old, mine also was only 15 pound or so

Just came across your channel and loved this, we got our first cockapoo in Feb there when she was 8wkss old (after loosing our 14yr old Lurcher last November). Our cockapoo is so similar to your boy except Lady (yes that's what I named her lol) is all black. Lady loves socks the most and we are amazed at how springy/jumpy she is. Was that a Scottish accent I heard? Where abouts, I'm Glasgow.

Love the cockapoo we have had ruby 5 and a half years so cuddly still wants to be with you 24/7

my wife bought a cockapoo yesterday. we bought some potty pads n trying to get him on the potty pad is hard. he pees n takes dumps every else. i would take him outside(dont have a leash yet) but its colder than a polar bears toenails outside. got any advice for me cause i sure can use it?
