If you want to audition for a movie, do that. I would like to see ACTUAL hunting not guys faces stuck in front of the camera.

I would suggest giving yourself more cover up in the tree, you’re very skylined from where the bears are standing. That’s why they’re looking right at you and they’re wary. Your human figure stands out a lot in that tree.

Jason I would like to add if it is legal wear Solid Black, most blinds interiors are black and you will therefore become one with your ground blind and be a ghost to a deer or turkey or even a coyote sometimes VS wearing orange and a camo shirt with a pale faced Jason or Hunter for example. Most places you can Take your orange off in the blind as long as your blind has the orange cover but if you black yourself out with clothes and face masks or paint you add that much more deception. Black out your weapons if you can but this will increase your invisibility by 95% Doesn't matter what seat you Have if you don't sit on your jacket bring a pad to sit on, a good seat cushion or stiff pillow will work great. if you plan on being there awhile be comfortable. If you can't lean your bow or gun on anything bring a ground stake or a screw in hook if applicable. Finally bring reflective tacks or tape so you can find the stupid thing in the dark lol. Good luck this year Jason & Followers!

If they could sell em for less than $250 usd to actually accommodate the little guy the average waterfowl hunter it would be great but they don't and it really just caters to the wealthy. And waterfowl has always been a wealthy sport and this is just another example of how it's catered around people with more money to spend. You get 2 and you are $500 down i could but a whole spread for that new

@passionforthehunt3493 in my area everything is 2-3 times the cost of most of he other places in the US probably the stores marking them up. They are doing the same with ammo and you can't find a decent box of steel for less than $40-$50

Cool video thanks for posting it, not a bad deer for 2023. It's fun hunting that wide open country w/ no help from outfitters/guides just you and your gps. I drew 2 years in a row than 2 years in a row w/ no tag and got a combo this year through the alternate list. I'll be in eastern side again in 2.5 weeks.

At 19 years of age, in the mid 80's, stationed in northern North Dakota, I found myself alone on slews with thousands upon thousands of divers bombing into the 16 blue bill and red head decoys that i could afford. I'm now 57 and watched the climate change the migration time of divers. Our seasons are closed when the masses come thru, So sad. But I have those memories and pictures to show my son and his friends.

Quit advertising bmu, and for the residents hating the non residents for hunting in Montana , it’s a free country, and for the 30 plus years of hunting Montana , I use the quads God give me , never fail to see bucks every day I hunted , pass a lot of deer , ate tag soup sometimes (my choice ) and the biggest poachers are ranchers and residents Trust me I know all to well what they Have taken from us and the garbage and wasted game left behind

Ive had many a local that I've just met sitting on the barstool next to me very quickly gloat about how they shoot 'em (deer, elk, antelope) out of season or without a tag. I'm a stranger to them and they cant wait to tell me about it, like they get off on the thrill of sharing their secret and they're proud of it. Very strange.

This biologist guy is a joke. Sounds cool for the video but look up tag stats for 3f2 in ND. 1500 extra tags literally every year for mule deer and any doe tags. ND game and fish loves their mule deer, everything is about their mule deer!

Block management is not public land it is ranchers that let you hunt I have the same thing when I come to your backyard 80000 acres of water or when we are there for your great car show the people in devils lake are always great live in mt. My mom lives Carrington watch you get nice fish all the time but I spend 3 days looking and two days of getting fish I see In the comments about out of state hunts don't like but are state puts out state tags then in state hunters here are tied of put in for tags and out of state people get I have live in mt 42 years I have killed 10 bulls they where gen tags so it is what you put into it but there's so many lakes back there where I grew up that's full of walleye so I will still come chase walleyes a round and OK by me if you shoot a nice mulley I don't have a big buck yet but I think a big mule deer is 200 in I have bucks like you boys killed my freind I hunt with has 2 that big I have never been right place right time but I do have a 15.10 walleye

Growing up around Benson, Towner, and Ramsey counties we were blessed with some of the best waterfowl hunting opportunities. I have fond memories of getting up before school and getting my limit on the first couple of waves coming off Lake Irvine or Stink Lake. You just needed to know the right fence lines to sit in as close as possible to the lake and you would get them coming off the lake right on the deck.
